+ -1 moreChanged out a CPU fan on a HP laptop. I provided the fan so the service was just the labor to change out the fan. I had a 9:00 appointment and thought I would just wait while the work was performed. I was told it would take a couple of hours so I left and came back two hours later. Then I was told that some of the staff help did not come in so it would not be done until end of the day. I did not like leaving my laptop because of sensitive data on the hard drive. I called back later in the afternoon and was told the Greg the repair guy was out on another repair job and they would have him call me. About closing time they called and said the job was complete. The laptop works fine now. I think the quality of work was good but their response and disregard for my concern about leaving the laptop with my personal data was not

+ -1 moreI take my computer in every 6 months for a cleaning...just like the dentist to keep it running smooth. Most recently, my CD ROM file were corrupted which they quickly took care of. Cost is a fraction as compared to the Geek Squad.
Description of Work: I have been using these folks for over 10 years. They provide great sales and service and have used them for new custom builds.
