He's a nicest guy in the world and he's really honest. I trust him so much that I pay him for the entire season at the beginning of the season and never blink an eye about whether they're going to show up and do the work.

Frankie's lawn service was a recommendation from a co-worker and I can see why. I've been very pleased with the level of service as they've done a great job with the mowing and have been very responsive to requests.

Excellent, as always. The above price is what I pay for the weekly mowing, edging, and haul-off. In addition to weekly mowing, they come, when requested, to clean out and weed my planting beds and trim my trees and shrubs. They also do twice-yearly major bed clean-out, trimming all trees and foundation plants, planting for seasonal color, and mulching. This is a major undertaking as I have between 35 to 50 flats of annuals planted twice a year. I pay for all of these services upon completion, by the man-hours involved. Frankie's crew does not mess around. I am always amazed at how quickly this is accomplished, leaving me with beds that look like a show home. They have also repaired my sprinkler system, when needed. Although I have never had this done, I understand they also do holiday lights and decorating. I have used Frankie's Lawn Service for at least 15 years. The company is owned by a gentleman named Frankie Figueroa. He is extremely professional and hard-working, always striving to provide his customers with excellent service. Frankie is very honest and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I have been so happy in my dealings with him over the years and trust him so completely, that I now pay for the entire mowing season IN ADVANCE. How's that for a recommendation? Frankie would never dream of asking for such a thing! I do this by choice to simplify my bill paying and I have never regretted it for a second.
