Bad business!!
Description of Work: Tried to call phone number; mailbox is full and tried to text message this Sprint phone & it doesn't take text messages. No way to contact to even try to get an estimate.

The technician that performed the work was very punctual and performed the work in a timely manner. The chimney was swept and technician explained all the features of the fireplace and answered all questions very clearly. He was knowledgeable about the work he was did on the fireplace and the dryer vent. He was very meticulous about leaving the premises clean while doing the work. I am very satisfied with the work performed and pleased with this company. This company does excellent work. By showing up on time and providing excellent work I have recommended this company to others.
Description of Work: I had the chimney swept and dryer vent cleaned.

Dryer was taking minimum of 3 one hour cycles to dry a small load of clothes. I had the dryer vent cleaned by one company before this one and it only dried clothes quickly for about 2 days. I then hired Forrest Fireplace Service to clean the chimney and dryer vent. Forrest Fireplace Service came out and cleaned the chimney and dryer vent and now the dryer dries clothes quickly. The technician was on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about the service he provided and took the time to answer questions. He made sure the area where the work was performed was clean when he was finished. I am very pleased with the overall performance of Forrest Fireplace Service due to the professionalism they have shown. I have recommended this company to others and will continue to recommend them.
