Description of Work: Fleener replaced facia boards under the shingles, and painted the whole house, less the brick. Mr. Fleener does good work, and tries super hard to get it done quickly, and to your expectations.

+ 0 moreI called and left a message and he talked with my wife. He came and gave us an estimate when we weren’t home. I called to follow up to get a price and he gave me a price. There wasn’t description around it. I asked for a written bid to be e-mailed to me and he turned that around immediately. After we got the bid, we decided not to use him. The price is better than some of the other bids. But as far as how the work could be completed, it wasn’t described well and I think I felt like he was not gonna meet our needs.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Fleener Painting & Remodeling to paint and caulk the exterior of the house.

+ 0 moreFleener did a super job on everything! Nothing had paint on it that was not supposed to have paint on it. He did exactly what he said he would and went out of his way to do extra things for us. The newly painted house and new siding looks very professionally done. Next time I need help I will call them again! And the crew was just super to work with!
Description of Work: Replaced siding on several parts of the house, removed tremendous amount of ivy from the brick and wooden sections of the house, prepped the house and painted the entire house.

The texture is consistent and just what I was looking for. They took pride in their quality and were easy to work with.

+ 0 moreTop notch quality, I'm very happy with it. Nice thick coats of high quality Sherwin Williams paint, no overspray, drips or mess. The cut-in around the windows and where the colors meet is very near perfect. This 25 year old building was all but destroyed in the May 24th tornado near Blanchard (with me inside) and now it looks better than it did when new. These are nice, knowledgeable, professional guys, no trouble.
Description of Work: Exterior paint on tall single story frame building. Soffit, facia, three doors and trim is one color, new Hardy Plank siding is another color.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely wonderful! Mr. Fleener was there to give the estimate when he said he would, and also started the work ontime with his associate. The exterior of the house is absolutely beautiful. Mr. Fleener and his associate did a fantastic job start to finish. The cleanup was without a doubt spotless. You would never have known they were there. The yards look better after they left than when they arrived. We are completely and totally please with the professionalism and outstanding workmanship. It is my understanding that Mr. Fleener also does interior painting & remodeling jobs as well. I have no doubt he would would provide outstanding service for those needs as well.
Description of Work: Mr. Fleener and his associate provided exterior painting to our home and the wood shed in the back yard. Mr. Fleener also noticed water damaged wood and made the repairs and painted those areas as well.
