My only ding against the installation was the final clean up could've been a little tidier. Overall a great experience and grateful to have found them, and would hire them again.

The owner came by to evaluate problem with security system. I was in a bit of a rush and he was able to get me in. after evaluating situation he went ahead and fixed it, explained the problem and gave some advice for the future. Pleasant man and knew what he was doing. Recommend. Would use again. Price reasonable.

On time, right price, did what he said he would.

We hired this company to install a new HD DVR for our HOA's clubhouse and later hired them to expand the number of security cameras at the facility. This company got the work done, took what we wanted and needed into consideration and helped us make decisions based on that. The tech showed several Board members how to use the remote access for the cameras and was very thorough. They have answered questions, helps us make decisions on other security concerns for the facility and overall gave us first-rate service. We could possibly have done the work cheaper, but we very much appreciate not only the first rate products they have installed but the customer service as well. They sat on the phone with me and walked me through making changes to the system and made sure I did not have more questions, waited while I wrote notes for any other Board member that may need this in the future. You cannot ask for better service than that level of after install/sale service.

The overall experience was good, but not great. It was a big job and everyone was tired toward the end. I would recommend them. They were easy to work with.

I understand why it took longer than the technician expected. Be prepared for the unexpected and make extra time dor any installation.
