Excellent customer service.

I worked as an alarm installer for likely the best known alarm company in the U.S., I have seen high quality as well as poor quality installations. Having said that I feel qualified to offer a critique, I was very impressed with the dialogue First Priority and I had in which I was very specific in what I wanted my video system end result to be capable of. This company doesn't waste time. Once we agreed on the price the house was wired in a day. The owner Tim Blaksten ran the wires himself and let me tell you, he really takes pride in his work, and is almost OCD about getting the job right. If you choose anyone other than this company for your alarm/video needs, I think you potentially be making a mistake. Get it done right, give First Priority your first call.

Tim was very professional and responsive to my questions about the security installation. After installment, a few of my cameras weren't as clear as they should be. Tim quickly resolved the issue at no additional cost. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing surveillance cameras installed!

Professional courteous and very informative.

An hour after the tech left the owner called to say they had accidentally charged me $10 too much and that he would be sending me a check to refund that over-charge. Check arrived next day! Very impressive!

It was a very pleasant experience and accomplished all that I hoped for!

Tim is a true professional. He and his partner worked around my schedule to install a commercial grade home camera surveillance system and upgrade my 20 year old home monitoring system. The cables of the wired cameras were routed up on the roof rafters as opposed to laying them on ceiling floor where they could obstruct movement while up in the attic. Also because of the way the roof was constructed he and his partner had to cut through the screened roof vents to run the cables into the attic. Upon completion he bought, replaced, and painted the new vents. When the job was finished he took the time to completely answer all of my many questions as to the operation and settings to get the best use of the system. When I called him a few days later for further guidance he answered my call right away even though he was up on the roof on another job....Outstanding!

Tim was very personable and professional. When I was getting estimates, the one thing he did that nobody else did, was bring a camera to show me what to expect. He and his partner worked with my schedule and made sure I was completely satisfied. They even worked on the weekend to accommodate me. They were courteous, competent and professional. I will absolutely be having them do more work around the house.

If my ready light is supposed to go on and off, then I'd give them all 4 and 5 ratings, if not 3s. Nice guys though!
