+ -1 moreThey're the ones to be known to do Orientals. They salvaged the carpet and other people said that it couldn't be salvaged but they were successful in recovering it to the point where we can in fact use it. They said, "Okay, this looks really bad. What we will do is we will take the carpet and we will try to clean it. If we were unable to recover the carpet, we will only charge you the delivery fee. If it doesn't work, we won't charge you the full amount." They were able to do it and they're actually storing the carpet for us because we still have our cat.
Description of Work: The only carpet company we've used is Fiber Seal. We had an Oriental that needed to be cleaned because we have a disagreeable cat.
