I have used Shane for approximately 6 years or more. He gets out quickly if its an emergency or within a day if not. He calls when he is on the way. He has repaired pipes to the hot water tank, replaced several faucets and other small things. We had him install water pipe thru the back of our acreage then install a new stand alone yard faucet. He did a great job every time. He has great pricing, because I always research average costs before my next project.

He is a good guy. He is a one-man show. I've used him several times. The only reason I brought up a plumber is because it's hard to get a plumber like today, like if you needed somebody like today or tomorrow, like really quick, I found it very difficult to find a plumber like just Johnny on the spy, and he was like I'll work in him on schedule and that was it. He was reasonable but he did a bunch of stuff. I had a pipe freeze and explode in my whole house some time during the winter and same thing, I said, "I need you". I called him out. The commercials on TV like call Roto-Rooter, we'll save you money and all those. Those people don't show up until three weeks later. They schedule you. He just shows up. Every time I call him, he is there as quick as he can get there, no questions asked. I don't know him on a personal level, but if I had to recommend a plumber to anybody, it would be him.
