Extreme Pool Care

It was really good. She was so wonderful because I was having out of town company in a few days and I said I was really hoping to get this done by whatever day it was and so she called somebody right then, ordered the pump and picked it up the next day and come in and put it in for me. She was really good. We had it all ready to go by the time my out of town company got here. I would definitely use them again. I think she was fair in pricing.

Setup an appointment for 9am to make a first visit to our pool Didn't show up. We called and left a message and she didn't return the call. Never heard from her again.

First of all it took them almost 3 weeks to complete the attempted pool opening. Our pool did not have a cover for the winter and pool was dirty. Finally they came out and said they could open it ASAP. Another week went by until they came out to drain pool without cleaning the last part of the flat bottom pool dirt/mud out. I was told to fill pool then go out and buy 10 gallons of bleach, I did as requested spending $30 of my own money to put in pool. She then comes out to tell me she cannot fix the broken pump or clean pool any further. She charged me $500 which was $50 higher then quoted after using minimal amount of her own chemicals and me spending my own money on the bleach. There was zero attempt to fix pump only "you need a new one". I'm very disappointed in the service the length it's taken, the rude comments made and the inability to do what she advertised. DO NOT USE this company, better off doing it yourself.

The monthly maintanance cost was reasonable but the prices for any specialized work were high. At the end of last summer I let her know I'd want her to come back this year to paint, open, and maintain my pool again. I called her in March about the painting and she keeps telling me that she'll be out but now it's June and she still hasn't come.

I called Susan twice and left a message and never received a call back. Apparently she wasn't motivated enough to earn my business.

I called and left a message for Susan. She called back the next day and we scheduled an appointment for her to come and fix a pump and my pool heater. She said she had a guy that worked for her that was an expert on pool heaters and he could fix it without any problem. On the day of the appointment she called and said her mother was sick and would need to reschedule. We set another appointment. This time she called and said she needed to take her dog to the vet and she would call next week to set up a time. She never called so I called her and she said she would have the heater expert call me. He never did so I called her again. She said he would call in one day. It has now been seven days. I gave up. Called and left her a message to forget it.

Very quick to respond to my email and phone message I did not require service call after all but would have used this company

Susan and her crew did a fantastic job on retiling our pool. We will definitely use Extreme Pool Care again!

Susan Young is the owner of the company. She is very responsive, very knowledgeable, very punctual, and friendly. I trust her. We haven't set up a service with her yet. A lot of the work she's been doing has just been kinda laying a foundation.

The lady was very nice and accomodating and was punctual to her appointment. My wife even called her back to have her come early and she agreed. When she arrived she began cleaning the leaves in the bottom of the pool and did this for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Another lady showed up later to help her finish up, and not long after she stated she did not know how to assemble the DE filter. When I was attempting to do this for her, she and her friend left. I called her back to see if they were finished, because when I looked at the pool there was a lot of debris left in the pool on the sides. My wife was told this was swimmable by her. Her idea of opening the pool and mine are different. She did take out the plugs from the pool. After I called her she stated she would come back and touch up if I needed her to do so. I told her it needed more than a touchup and don't bother I would finish opening the pool myself. I needed her to do this for me because I have been busy doing other things around the house and was willing to pay her $250 for the service I thought I would get. I was very dissapointed with the quality of her work. I also needed some tile repair work. She reccomended a man who came to look at the tile but never returned to do the work. I did this myself too. So much for getting help when I needed it. I do not reccoment this company to anyone, nor will I ever use this company again. I feel I was ripped off from my hard earned money.

Susan (Extreme Pool Care owner) responded immediately to my request for an appointment. She arrived at our house on time,?and provided an estimate for requested repair of popped-off tile pieces.? The tile man (thanks Ron) arrived on-time, and work was performed in a professional manner at the agreed price.? Price was a bit on the high end, BUT they were prompt in responding, on time, and professional, as promised.? It was a hassle-free experience, which I believe is worth paying a little extra for. I had a Pentair Pump quit working. Susan called me the day I left message on Angies list. She was very responsive, professional and courteous. With freezing weather and my freeze guard out of service, she worked in my repairs that day. Very happy with the quality of the work and the care I was given.

They did a great job. They came right out. It was reasonably priced. I was happy with them.

Susan worked us into her already full schedule. She pumped out the nasty water and scrubbed the walls and bottom of the pool with acid. After we got clean water in the pool she came back out and put chemicals in the pool.

Haven't completed purchase of home yet, so have not used her services. But I was impressed by her quick response, and the explanation she gave to answer all my questions about "bring a pool back from the dead". Once the escrow closes, I will use her to complete the work.

They did a good job. They were prompt and their prices were reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very well. She went the extra mile to figure out what to add to our pool to clear it. She wasaccurate in her estimate to open the pool and get it swim-ready.

I had a problem with my filter pump and Susan was able to come to my home early the next morning before her other appointments. It turned out that I had an electrical problem and not a pump problem. The pump was fine but I was VERY impressed with Susan's responsiveness and great customer service attitude. I will definitely use her when I have any pool issues!

she was prompt, ordered parts and got them within, two days, was reasonably priced, and very professional.

Susan was very professional and knowledgeable. She brought her own equipment for the initial opening of the pool and completed that work quickly and efficiently. She was very pleasant to deal with, and quite dependable. We were thrilled with the results of her work - our pool remained beautiful and easy to care for throughout the remainder of the summer, thanks to getting off to the right start! Would recommend her services without reservation.
