Susan has been servicing my pool for around 4 years now. She and her crew always do an amazing job . They are very professional and nice. Anytime I have needed a new part she looks hard for the best pricing for me. Her prices are fair and her service is amazing. It's so nice to come home to sparkling clean pool and just relax and not have to worry about taking care of it.

I had spider cracks through out my pool and a mystery leak. Susan had a group come in and plastered my pool. She has continued to maintain all elements of my pool and it has been maintained beautifully. She promptly answers any questions or concerns I have by text or a phone call. I will continue to use Extreme Pools and I highly recommend them.

Everything went very smoothly. The crew showed up on time and worked all day until they were done. There were out a couple different times with taking out the old liner then installing the new liner. They were good to explain to me what they were doing and what I needed to do once they were gone. I was very pleased with the services that I received. I would recommend them to anyone needed pool services.

Pretty simple. We gave up on timely responses and customer service from Blue Haven. Their repair guys were good but not worth the hassle of dealing with the company. We called after finding Extreme on Angie's List. She responded quickly. Answered all our questions. Only been using a month but no complaints so far and plan on having her do some other things. I wish I had called her years ago!

I opened my pool on Sunday 7 June. Tried to clean myself but it was just too much. On Jun 9th I called 2 companies. The first said they will have their tech call me back to set something up. While waiting, I called Susan of Extreme Pool Care. She said she could have someone out the next morning at 7:45 AM. I said the job is yours. To my surprise, the technician, James, was here at 7:15 AM. I didnt even have to miss work. James was extremely polite and professional. I let him get started and I left for work. James was still here when I got home and at 7:00 PM he left. Job was complete and I am 100% satisfied. Extreme Pool Care took my call and within 30 hours the job was complete. The first company still hasn't even called. I am sorry that some of you didn't rate this company high and didn't think as much of them as I do. However, the overall B rating does not do them justice. Have permeable cover which was covered with debris. Charged extra when other services have not. Work was okay but very pricey. Have found another service.

The pool and hot tub had not been cleaned since 12/22/14. Susan adjusted her schedule to come within one day of calling to completely clean and shock the pool. She was professional and a joy to spend a couple of hours with as she brought the pool back to the level it needed to be. Removed just about10 frogs as well. She was a trooper and I appreciated the time she took to take care of the pool. I would recommend and will continue to use for the pool.

I called Susan for service on our hot tub, she recommended a technician to perform this service. We are very happy with the work performed and the cost of the service.

Spoke with the owner on her way to a job that AM. She made time for me later that same day which was great. I was unable to speak to her about all the things I wanted to cover with the closing of the pool etc. so she said she would call me when she got to my house. My boyfriend was there so I did not hear from her, however the cover was on when I got home. The plugs were not in the return lines or skimmer, however I never was able to let her or my boyfriend know that I needed that to be done. That's not the company's fault it was my miscommunication. Overall they were very pleasant and were able to perform the job that same day! Very accommodating.

Susan from Extreme Pools did not do the job herself but had her "tile" person do the work. Not only was the?price reasonable but these guys showed up when they said they would and they did an AWESOME job!! They had to completely re tile the spa and they took their time and did it right. The folks that did the work were from A.M Pool Rehabilitation and the job was so good that it looks exactly, if not better, than it did before. Susan kept in contact with us the entire time and she too took pride in her people doing a great job. We plan on living in the area for awhile and we will definitely use all of these guys again along with recommending them to all our friends!! Thanks for caring and charging a reasonable price :-)

Susan came out and looked at our pool to figure out what our needs were. We had just moved in and weren't real sure what needed to be done. Our pump and filter broke, and we decided to look at the option of saltwater. Susan helped us go through the pros and cons. We ultimately decided on a saltwater system. Before she could finish installing the system, she told us we needed to have some electric work done to make everything work properly back there (which was not unexpected). She has a guy she typically uses for this, but I felt his estimate was far too high so I found someone else who did great work at half the price. After the electrical work, there was still something wrong but we couldn't figure out. After doing research, Susan figured out there was a very small piece on the saltwater system that was missing. So, she called the company and had them overnight it to her so she could get it up and running. It took a little longer than I originally thought it would, but that is through no fault of Susan's. I can't complain at all. Susan went above and beyond in returning my million phone calls, texts and emails - never owning a pool before, I had many, many questions. She was a breeze to work with, and has texted/emailed me several times to check in and make sure everything is still up and running. Her number's programmed in my phone for good reason... I will definitely use her again!

She's reasonably priced, excellent at what she does, and truly cares about making sure our pool is in excellent condition. ? I've actually sent her text messages at night and on weekends, and she promptly writes back with an answer. ?? I'm shocked at reading a few (minority) reviews that give negative comments about Susan. ? I know her and trust her. ?She's exactly what we needed and wanted... professional, courteous and conscientious.

Note: We had no experience with this type of work before so were absolutely blind going into the renovation. UBCONTRACTORS: I cannot say enough great things about Susan's subcontractors. Her tile man (Ron) and all around expert and general repair man and her pool plaster (Jim.) did absolutely outstanding work. The were hard working, efficient, and were willing to explain all aspects of their work, and were willing to time their work to fit my schedule. Ron suggested several upgrades to the planned pool and spa work. His upgrades improved the pool and spa appearance and functionality enormously. His 20 year plus experience in the industry was obvious and we never ran into a problem that he had not seen and solved before. Jim, the plaster man, has been in the industry for approximately 3 decades and the newly plastered walls and surfaces feel and look great. Both men, from what I can gather, have excellent reputations in the greater OKC area. I found this out by talking to the manager of the pool tile company when we selected and purchased our replacement tiles. PRICE: I gave Susan an "A" in this area. .But....even though it is a major pain in the neck and takes lots of time and research, I caution the reader to get several estimates because I have nothing to compare her prices too. I did not want to go through the hassle of doing just that. I suspect that Susan's prices are within the range of prices for this type of work from talking to people in the industry and what I can find on line. I suspect that Susan was fair with us. Note: Every time you make a change to the original list of agreed work, the price is going to go up so be prepared to pay more than the original estimate. SUSAN'S PERFORMANCE AS A CONTRACTOR: I chose Susan's company from Angie's List. She had all "A"s and many, many positive comments. I wanted to stay away from larger contractors suspecting that we would not get the individual attention that we REALLY DID get from Susan. I was most impressed from the outset in that Susan answered my first exploratory call within a minute, and came to our house within the next 30 minutes. We discussed what we wanted and she, because of our lack of experience, offered excellent suggestions and then provided the estimate. She was willing to arrange all the work to our requested schedule. Every time we called her, e-mailed her, or texted her, she responded immediately. Because of her 20 years of experience, she subcontracts with only the best. Overall, we were most pleased with her work. FOLLOW UP: A newly plastered pool needs intensive care in the first 30 to 40 days after the plaster is blown in. Susan offered just such recommendations. I would recommend the reader get as many opinions and do a lot of research about what to do to the newly plastered surfaces. It is critical that this be done correctly. CONCLUSION: Susan and her subcontractors did an outstanding job. We were most pleased.

I have never posted anything concerning her or her work. I've read every review on her site and can't find anything with my pool or work or a date that Susan did work on my pool. So if you read something negative from me, I didn't write it.

Aqua pure replaced and working - compared to prior replacement very high charge, multiple trips to complete. Wifi booster installed. Awaiting Jandy regional representative for resolution of signal issue on aqua link. After initial contact, unable to get a response via phone message or Angie's List message. No communication on tile repair.

My experience with Susan was great. I am a first time pool owner and unfamiliar with much of the upkeep process. My pool needed a new liner before I was able to use. I got a couple price quotes and then found Susan on Angie's List. In all of our conversations, she was prompt and knowledgeable with her responses. Not only was her price quote the best, but she also answered all of my new owner questions when she came out for the price quote. I believe it took just over a week from the price quote, to measuring my pool, to cutting my liner, to having it installed and ready to go. Everything looks great. I am very impressed with the quality of work. Well over a month after everything was completed, I was trying to figure out how to vacuum my pool for the first time. Still being fairly pool ignorant, I could not figure out this simple process. I sent Susan a text for help. Not only did she respond right away again, but she offered to come show me how to vacuum properly. She also brought her own vacuum and did the initial vacuuming. Afterward, she tested the water and told me what chemicals needed added. This service after the sale is amazing. I am very appreciative. I most definitely recommend Susan for any pool needs. She is prompt, professional, courteous, and goes that extra step for the customer. John

She came when she said she would, always calls if has to change a time or day due to weather. Is very professional, leaves a very tidy area. Our pool has never looked better. We are actually enjoying it every single day instead of endless trips to a pool store and waiting for things to clear our pool.
