It was bad from the beginning. First, when they installed the poles, they left one 5 inches off from the others. There were sections of the roof with holes that flapped in the wind because of the lack of support beams. They did not put any flashing on the roof from garage to carport to prevent leaving.The car port leaked. One of the panels on the roof had a huge hole cut into by one of the workers (I was home and saw him do this) that you could see sunlight shine through it. He had cut this hole to allow room for a pole but cut it too big. There were screw holes where they missed the beams which they tried to caulk shut to prevent leaks. Each time they came out, they only made it worse. They spent weeks building something that would usually take one day. We had them out three times to correct the work, but each time they came out it seemed like nothing was ever fixed. Finally we called the attorney generals office and left photos. We called out three contractors to survey the car port. They said that car port looked as if the work was done by nonprofessionals and that not enough support beams were installed. We even called our local news station to do a report on this company, but the news team was unable to get a hold of them. After that, we got a call from Expert Services saying that they were going to return our money. BUYER BEWARE! We are currently working with another contractor to fix the car port.
