energy audit
+ -1 moreI was told that some door seals leaked and that the windows should be caulked. $430.00 worth, NO!
Description of Work: This company conducted an energy audit of our 105 year old home. They said that I would receive a computer generated form telling me all the recommendations to improve our home. I made the mistake to trust them and give them a check for the $430.00 they charged for the 40 minute audit. I still have not received the promised summary even after repeated phone calls to them to find out where it was. I have yet to speak to anyone about this issue, but got right through when setting the audit up. I was over-charged and was told a few obvious things that would improve our home. You would be better off walking around your home with a lighted candle and looking for drafts. Do not use this company.
