.I had this leak for 18 years that other companies had tried to fix and only this company was able to fix it. He told me that he would not charge me if he couldn't fix the leak. His price was very reasonable. I would rate his service with an A+.

I got them off of Angie's List. It was very satisfactory and very well done. They did a very good job. Their price was considerably high, but the job was well done. They are very competent and very good. I would use them again in the future if I have any more roof damage.

They were recommended to me. We had a leak in our bathroom. They did come out when we made the appointment and were timely in coming out when I contacted them. The person just looked at the leak from the outside. He did not go in the attic at all, even though I suggested he do that, because there was clearly a leak coming into the bathroom from the attic. I was not happy with that, so I called another provider. They went into the attic and found a cracked PVC pipe of some sort that ran across up in the attic, thus causing the leak into the bathroom; the leak had nothing to do with the roof. The other company repaired the problem, and everything is now fine. Elliott Roofing was totally wrong in its diagnosis. If we had gone ahead and paid $1100 to have the roof repaired, we would have still had the leak. The person appeared to be professional in his manner, but he was just wrong in his estimate. We would not use them in the future.

I am going to hire this company again to re-roof my home. They are excellent in all ways.

I had contacted this company because of its great BBB rating and Angie's List rating on July 8th. They called me back the next day and told me they'd be out to inspect my roof on July 13th. On July 14th I called to inquire why nobody had come out. The lady said she had my number, would check on what happened, and call me back. Today is now July 20th and I never heard another word from this company. I have my insurance claim check in my hand and was ready to contract with them (as long as their estimate was reasonable). Won't be getting my business now!

Elliott sent James to cover the damaged ridge just before the next big rain saving further damage. Their professionalism was evident every step of the way. The install crew was friendly and team leader was very appreciative of the business.

Great roofing experience! They arrived on time and completed work in 1/2 a day. Initially had a problem with water draining inproperly from roof, but they corrected that. Had a major hail storm (softball size hail) on 5/16/10 and the hail just bounced off this flat roof and caused no damage to it, whereas my composition roof was destroyed. Would recommend Elliott to anyone having problem with leaking flat roof.

They did an excellent job.

Arrived promptly each day they worked (2-3 days). Did a professional job on both structures. Only issue that I ran across was a bit of a language barrier due to crew being Hispanic. I also wish the gentleman that had provided the estimate had come by to check with us when the job was completed, or called to see if we were happy with the work. Not a deal breaker though. Overall, they did a great job and would recommend them !

He came out to my home and said my roof wasn't ready to be reroofed. He said instead of an impact roof he'd put on a thirty year shingle for us. He had a high price and so we didn't end up using him. He is really really nice and I asked him about how they clean up because the last roofers were terrible, and asked if he used a roll of dumpster. He said he used a trailer and a magnet that picked up all of the nails.

The guys from Elliott roofing were very nice, they also did great work. The piece of the roof they had too replace matches the rest of the roof well and we have had no more problems with it. I would recommend them.

I was very satisfied with Elliott Roofing and Construction. They completed the job in the time they said they would. They kept the area looking nice while they did the job. They cleaned up every thing afterwards as well. I would recommend their service.
