+ 0 moreEd was quick to respond and did all the work in a timely manner. He gave a written detailed estimate and explained all the work upfront. He took good measurements of the windows needed to be replaced. He came back the next day and replaced the slider on one window. He matched the color and grill on all the windows perfectly. It took a week to get my new windows - one of the windows did not fit so he back ordered and got us the replacement a week later. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Ed's work and would hire him again.
Description of Work: Replace slider on one window. Replace one broken window. Replace two hazy windows (vacuum loss). Replaced six screens.

Description of Work: Ed was sent to our house to provide an estimate to the general contractor we hired to repair our windows as part of an insurance claim. He was punctual and outgoing, but the contractor ended up not using Ed, so we never had the opportunity to see the quality of his work.

+ 1 moreWe called Ed's window in the morning, Ed showed up about 30 minutes later to give us a quote for the job. Because the quoted price was acceptable for us, he came back in the afternoon and picked up damaged windows. He was back to work very early the next morning, replaced all cracked window glass and installed storm windows, all these things in only 5 hours. Our windows yet again look great. Ed is a very hard worker, he is very pleasant to work with, very meticulous and very professional. The price is very acceptable, and he leaves no mess behind. We would recommend Ed's window service to everyone, especially to people who need the windows serviced very fast and for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased customers. Thank you Ed!
