+ -1 moreI got the person that schedule?s the appointments but she informed me that they don?t schedule winter checks but they would give me a call if they had someone close to my house and had the time to do it?. I gave her my information and hung up. I called around for another RUUD dealer and found Kearnes Heat and Air and they had no problem setting a time and day for servicing my system. I then called back E&J heat and Air to cancel my request and got a very snotty response. Funny they have no problem scheduling appointment that they can make a higher profit on.
Description of Work: I called E&J to make an appointment to have my two RUUD systems serviced for the winter, since installed them I felt comfortable having them service my systems. I have used them in the past to upgrade my thermostats and was happy with the results.

+ -1 moreThey had done some other work to the back of my house as well, so I had them run it so I could have a gas heater and stove since my fireplace was gas. They also put my water heater on gas.
Description of Work: I had them out to convert some of my appliances to gas.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. They were recommended by a friend, and they came out and worked really hard, and they did an outstanding job, and I was really pleased with them. They have since then done work for another friend as well.
Description of Work: I use E J's Heating & Air. They completely did my air conditioning and heating, they put in a new unit.
