Description of Work: We needed a boundary survey to positively locate a utility easement at the rear of our property, prior to applying for a permit to place a shop building very near it. They were able to locate three of the original pins using metal detection and verified the SW corner with a GPS locator. They flagged the original pins for me, placing a witness marker near where the forth pin was difficult to access. Next day, three copies of the survey were hand delivered, with the promise of a PDF version emailed to me.

 + -1 moreThe property line between my new, to me, house and my neighbor"s was in dispute. The surveyors for E. D. Hill arrived on time and completed the survey in a very professional manner. The neighbor and developer tried to intervene but were forestalled in a most professional and effective manner. I was very impressed with their performance and am very confident in the results.
