I scheduled an appointment on three different occasions. They never showed up for any of the appointment. On the 3rd and last appointment, I had called to ask why the secend appointment was missed. After listening the excuses I was assured they would be out that afternoon. As usual, they no showed.

We have a rental property and they had a break in. Shattered a sliding glass window. We called the next day to have him come out. The first red flag was he told me one thing while the renters told me something else. We still hired him he came out did a measurement said it was special order. So we decided to order it and get it installed asap. A week later, I heard nothing from him. I called three times, his wife told me her whole life story over the phone, while I had screaming babies I needed to take care of. They were not professional at all. He is to come measure. What? I thought he already did that and had my window ordered. So my husband goes twice to meet him. He never shows up. The first time he said a new job came up and the second time he never answered our calls. I guess my money is gone he won't answer. So disappointed in Angies list. Why am I paying for a service that is supposed to stop things like this from happening.

I called Duncan Glass & Mirror after a contractor working on the bathroom remodel accidentally broke the window by the front door. With the rainy weather I was hopeful it could be fixed quickly, and Duncan Glass did not disappoint! A technician was onsite first thing the next morning to get the measurement for the replacement glass, and another technician (Shane) arrived the next day to install it. Shane was one of the most polite and professional contractors I've ever worked with. He answered all my questions, professionally installed a new pane of glass that was so clean I couldn't even tell it was there, and cleaned up the area afterwards. Within 48 hours I had a new window and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process and service. I highly recommend Duncan Glass & Mirror!

Within two days of our purchase of a "big deal" to replace one window, we were contacted to make an appointment to measure. The installer was late but called ahead to let me know. We had another window replaced as well. They ordered the windows on a timely basis and called to reschedule the install on the day they new windows arrived. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. The quality of work was great as well.

We called Duncan Glass and Mirror on a Monday or Tuesday and ended up having our window fixed within a week, which was fantastic. We could not be more pleased with how fast everything happened, even though we did get a bit lucky that they found a window so quickly. Once we contacted Duncan Glass and Mirror, they were able to come out the same day to measure, which took about 5 minutes total for our single window. I believe they then came back with a quote that we agreed to. A few days later they called and asked if they could install it that day, which we were happy with. Duncan Glass and Mirror was really responsive and easy to talk to over the phone. They showed up when they said they would. One note on the price; I did not price shop. So I have no idea what other contractors would charge for the same work, but I thought this project would be quite a bit more expensive than it was. In summary, we will call Duncan Glass and Mirror first next time we have a project.

It was fine, it was okay. The window that they replaced wasn't exactly like the ones that they didn't have to replace so that was a slight issue. Their service was satisfactory. It took quite a while to get them to come out and give us a quote and then we couldn't reach them on the phone, but they finally came out and did an acceptable job. But that was probably because of the tornado, they had a lot of work on their hands. They do good, clean work. They cleaned up after themselves.

While we decided to go with another company based on personal recommendation, Duncan supplied a very thorough and fairly priced estimate. Would do business with them in the future.

Everything went really good. They were able to come right away and the job was done really quickly and we were really happy with them. They could come right away. My husband called them. As soon as they opened at 8:00 in the morning, they were here within an hour or so and he left here at 11:00 in the morning to go to work. They were able to get the job done really quickly. I think it was a really good price. I really like him.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our special ordered glass was installed quickly and professionally. They are a small independent family business and their price was reasonable.

Great service. They came out same day I called to give us an estimate and take exact measurements. Gave us some ideas. Said the door would take a week to a week and a half to be made. Took a little over a week. Set up a same day appointment to have it installed. Came out and did a great job from start to finish. Really happy with the job they did.

They were terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The installation was very poor. The service was poor and you couldn’t get a hold of them on the telephone. They measured incorrectly. Overall it was a very bad company. We were just really disappointed with them. They put a shower door that was cheap and they didn’t square it up. They ordered the wrong things and had to order again.
