Don Ingram Tile & Wood

It is still ongoing! The work remains unfinished as promised. He has over $500 of our money that to go towards order and purchase of tile necessary to complete the job. He has a "cash" account at the tile store which requires him to pay upfront for any tile ordered. According to the tile store, Don Ingram never came in to order and pay for our tile. He will not return our money as requested after 3 months of not answering emails, texts or phone calls.

He was great! Polite answered any questions we had gave us a quote for the project. Did all of the work we asked for had great suggestions!! We will use him again!!

I can not say enough bout Don Ingram Tile. They're a family business and the three of them, Donny, his father and wife work together like a well-oiled machine. I was having our swimming pool re-plastered and the original tile installers did a horrible job on the 7' x 7' spa. The tile was crooked and at one point had an inch-wide grout line. I didn't find out about the problem until late on a Friday afternoon and searched Angie's List for someone who might be able to fix it before the following Monday morning when the plaster truck was due to arrive. Donny couldn't have been nicer. He said he could be at my house the next day by around lunchtime. I could tell from talking to him that I wanted him to do the job so I asked him if I should just go ahead and get tile and grout to save him the trip. We agreed and the next morning he called to tell me that as soon as they finished the job they were on and grabbed some lunch they would be there. They obviously knew what they were doing and spent the entire afternoon and into the early evening hours getting the job done. When they left they cleaned up every sign they were ever there and we were ready for plaster Monday morning. I will certainly use them again and have since recommended them to several people. You won't go wrong with Don Ingram Tile and Wood.

Don Ingram was one of two tile layers recommended by the company that installed my granite counter tops. Because of that recommendation I was concerned he would be busy and difficult to schedule quickly as I wanted. My fears were for naught because he was easy to work with (including picking up the tile for me) and very responsive to my questions and scheduling issues. The job was beautiful but the small touches Don and his father used made the job that much more impressive. They did outstanding work and were very careful to clean up after themselves completely (haven't always have such luck with others). I would highly recommend Don to anyone that needs tile work.

Don and his wife did a beautiful job on my kitchen backsplash, laying out the design carefully and installing the tile flawlessly. they were very tidy as well--not much to clean after they left. I couldn't be more pleased. He couldn't seal it the day they finished, but said he'd be back in one week, and he was. He and his wife were nice to have around and even helped me haul a heavy item up to the curb for big junk day.
