My father in law had an exterior vent cover that came off the eve of his house. It's an octagonal cover that fell off the house and broke. The house was built in the 50's. I contacted them and they were able to special order me one. Their technician was able to install it and seal it. And did excellent work.. He went all around the yard to make sure everything was just like a turn key operation. I was very impressed with them. It was an excellent price. I took a chance, they were actually the ones that did my father in laws work original work. After talking with them at length, they determined they could special order it. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was no fault of theirs, they were waiting on the manufacturer. It took about a month for them to get the part, but once they got it in they called me and went right out to do the work.

The installer, the technician or serviceman, his work ethic was excellent. The repair person, he picked up after himself. He did a turn key job. The price was a little bit high. It took them a long time to order, but that was probably out of they're control.

Did not show up for appointment. I took work off to meet and waited for over half an hour and when I called I got a voicemail.

Installed new window at our home - incredible job. Discount Remodelers order a special order window for the kitchen window. Window to swing out to the west and when sent the manufacturer sent window it opened to the east. Discount Remodelers reordered window, installed and they were very timely. Called to keep us abreast of arrival. I would use them again.

Special discount offer from business. We also had to pay additional for size of attic insulation. Courtesy finished in one day. The clean up was incredible.

Big job completed earlier than expected. Crew was very nice, did a great job cleaning up; easy to work with everyone, even when we played phone tag a number of times before the job was completed. We worked with Jeff, who has since retired.

Very good experience, although it took quite a bit of time from the time we placed the order until the windows were installed (over a month). Quality seems very good, crew was friendly and did good work. Very pleased.

Early for appointment. No fuss. No extra talk. Super fast estimate and work done. Great company!

They didn't repair anything, just an inspection. It went well overall.

The work took a couple of days longer than planned however the workman ran into many problems once they started the actual job because of the existing framing being non standard and really out of square and plumb. The Workers were very skilled and able to handle the situation, it just took extra time. Even though My costs did not increase. The workers were very neat and orderly and cleaned up any mess they maid before leaving the job site each day. While the cost of the project was a considerable amount, the price Discount Remodelers gave me was more than $15,000.00 less than Anderson Windows and Anderson Windows claimed to be doing the installation free (NOT). I understand the Discount Remodelers does all kinds of remodeling work so I will surely keep them in mind for future projects in my home. Mike Frakes

There was some upsale, which I wasn't expecting, but overall the experience was good.

Ron, the salesperson called right away and scheduled an appt to discuss our needs. They were very prompt in scheduling the build and communicated every step of the way from the time of arrival to completion date. We had some wind interuptions that delayed the process but I worked with the guys and suggested they didn't risk their limbs, that I wasn't in a big hurry. They cleaned up their mess and left the space ready to use.

They obtained two bids, both of which we're fair prices. They actually recommended the lower bid so that's who I chose. The painter did fantastic work, even hand painting more intricate areas despite his low bid. I have worked with Discount in the past to replace two roofs, a garage door, a fence and other minor repairs. They went above and beyond as I worked through the mediation process with my insurance company after the May 2013 tornado. I have never received such personal attention and excellent customer service from a contractor, and they have great prices. I will absolutely continue to work with Charles and Discount.

John Valadez, representative, came to my house for bid. He was very courteous to us and very knowledgeable of his product. John explained everything to us regarding the material and installation and answered all my questions. The quote was comparable to quote I received from another siding company, but John went the extra mile to walk around the entire house explaining exactly what would be done and also assisted us in choosing the colors that best fit the exterior of the house. We were very impressed. The crew (William, Kevin, Austin and Vinnie) showed up as promised and worked professionally each day on the vinyl siding and trim. They answered all questions I had and cleaned up each evening prior to leaving. The job took one day longer than discussed due to heavy rains but this was part of the understanding when the contract was signed. The following week the carport was installed. It took one day to install and the crew cleaned up the entire area before leaving.

Awesome Representation of company by Ron. Gave Call 1 1/2 hr prior to confirm / was here Exactly in time and called to let me know since I must have missed the doorbell. Ron went over options with me and recommended replacement of some of the glass panes versus the total window. We talked about a carport - but I need to check with my HOA. Bottom Line: Honest Like-able Man who didn't try to sell windows when another less expensive option would work. Will definitely call Ron when we want to replace windows later on!

I was pleased with their job so I used them again. They did well with their prices. I am doing a few windows at a a time and they can do 3 at a time. They first did 4 for me and then I waited a few months and they did 3 more. I will be calling them back probably next spring to do 3 or 4 more windows. I like that they are willing to work with me. I've probably spent $2,000 each time.

From start to finish, the company performed very well. Cleaned up after the job, and I'm very pleased with their work.

Took a while for them to get here. First they put a roof on the wrong building and I only have 2. Then the roof they put on the shed was never finished. There are large gaps between the boards of underlayment. They still have not repaired the brace that needed repaired. Have called twice to remind them. With winter on the way, I am concerned that Snow could ruin the new roof. Really need them to finish their job. After a while or perhaps seeing this evaluation they came out and finished the job correctly. Thank you very much!

Warren came out and took the cover down and replaced some items and got all of the screws in but made me upset before he did that by implying he didn't do anything wrong (turns out it was only half of the screws were left out). They did fix it but we felt it was totally unnecessary for us to have to demand them to come and look at it to fix it. Needless to say we will not use this company again.

Home damaged do to wind and debris on the edge of the May tornado in Oklahoma. Insurance agreed to pay $10,000 to repair. The Discount Remodelers salesman worked with us to bring the price of doing the work to within a price we could afford with the insurance and our own money. We were not a priority job (many other homes were damaged far worse than ours). Our turn came on August 24th (tornado occurred about May 21st). Part of the contract agreement (to keep the price down) was that we would remove the old siding, repair the broken windows, remove and repair and reinstall the awnings, replace flood lights, and fix the decorative chimney our selves. However, when the workers arrived they removed siding I had missed (in higher spots), finished the decorative chimney, reinstalled the awnings and helped me with the wiring of the flood lights and took care of the trash associated with all of this even though the contract did not require them to do so. They took care to do the job correctly and the house now looks better than it did 70 years ago. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They did not bother my mother or sister in the house (they took any brakes away from the house). They were polite and cooperative with our needs associated with the house and the work. The foreman Fernon Hendrix and his crew worked hard in 95-100 degree temperatures and only asked for some cold drinks. We felt safe and secure with their work and their presence.

I called them to repair storm damages to my home. They did send out a nice guy to give me an estimate, but I never received it. I got another call telling me another person would be calling me the next day to come out and look at the property again, but I never received the call.
