Friendly and prompt sercice. The technician (James) arrived ahead of schedule with a Courtesy call and text. The work was completed in a prompt manner.
Description of Work: One of my two springs broke. I opted to replace both springs on my two car garage door. Per the invoice, each individual spring was $200, and the labor $125.

The springs on my 1991 garage door broke last week and, in the process, the door got really dented up. A couple highly-endorsed firms came out and gave me very fair, competitive bids to replace it since, they said, the door was too far gone to repair. Today James from Discount Garage Door stopped by to give an estimate - and said he thought he could fix it. He offered a great price - and repaired it right on the spot! My old door looks so much better than it has in years - and works like a charm! 918/234-D00R.

Very well. James assessed the problem, explained the repair options, and performed the job in short time. Replaced the spring and lubes the hinges and screw shaft for a quieter and efficient operation. Very satisfied with the work.
