DH Pace Garage Doors (Oklahoma City)™

I scheduled through their online service, then I called the following day to confirm the situation and time. An employee showed up at the scheduled time, so it appeared all was fine. The work I needed done was for an exterior door. The service provider informed me that he works on garage doors and that he had to contact the office to schedule the proper repairman for me. I was informed by this person that someone would be at my house in the afternoon. By 1pm, I contacted the company to see how much longer it would be. The person at the office told me they would contact the proper technician and call me back with a timeframe since I scheduled for the morning they sent the wrong technician and it was already 1pm. I never got a call back so I called again at 3pm to see how much longer it would be. This time she called back 10-15 min later and informed me that after speaking with the door technician that they don't do the sort of work. At the very least, they offered me a recommendation. I scheduled 2 days ago through their online system with an explanation of what I needed. I contacted them the day prior to re-verify and once again explain what I needed. Nobody questioned my needs. Then, the day of the appointment, they send the wrong type of technician, and tell me it would be later that afternoon before anything got done. In the late afternoon, they decide to tell me that they don't do that sort of work. Why couldn't they have told me that before they came out. I had to go another day with a problem that I could have had fixed by a different repair company (Which I had to do in the end, anyway)
