Deluxe Carpet and Duct Cleaning Specialist

I bought an Amazon local voucher for 2 hours of house cleaning. Called 2 weeks in advance and made my appointment. On the day of the appointment they failed to show up. I called when they were 30 minutes late and no one answered the phone so I left a message. I called again the next day and left another message. Never received a call back from this business. I was persistent and kept calling until I got a person to answer the phone. Happens that this was the owner who said that his employees had called 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and had came by the house, knocked on the door and left a card. Liar! Liar! Liar! I was home all day and the phone never rang and no one came to the door. The owner was rude and totally unprofessional. He agreed to investigate and call me back first thing the next day. Guess what no phone call , no surprise. I called the business back after 4 days and was told that the owner had refunded my voucher for the house cleaning. Liar! Liar! Liar! I had already called Amazon local and requested the refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. 405-255-0440 in south OKC!

They came when they said they would, in fact, an hour early. They "cleaned" the carpet in 5 rooms with a "dry" chemical compound. They told us to let it dry for 2 hours and then vacuum it well. They finished about 1:30 in the afternoon and we actually waited until 11:00 the next day to vacuum because it was not dry until then. We were told the enzymes worked on the dirt and would be vacuummed away. It didn't happen. The carpet looks dirtier than before they "cleaned" it and has a sticky residue on it. You walk on the carpet two days later and then walk on tile and stick to the floor! I am calling a steam cleaner to clean up the mess! Have used other companies in the past that chemical clean and never had this problem. I called the company back the next day and was told to wait a little longer and vacuum again. Didn't help. Called again and they said they would send out a technician to evaluate. Never happened and now they won't answer when I call!
