+ -1 moreI called to setup an appointment and was told it would take no more than a week for install. I never received a call about install after two weeks so I called back. They didn't have an excuse so I canceled. Frustrating because now I wasted two weeks instead of finding another solution.

+ -1 moreThey were very polite and answered all our questions. We had the options to rent or purchase. They were very clean in their appearance, and did a great job installing the system and cleaning up after themselves. We have them come montly and fill up the salt. They have a code to the garage and come fill it up leaving the empty bags so we know they have been there. We also found out from our neighbors that they do many people in our area and considered very trustworthy. I definitley recommend these people.
Description of Work: The installed a water softening system for us. Our water is extremely hard and destroyed several applicances and faucets. They came and tested our water and spec'd out one to help combat our problems.

I received a return call very quickly and was told they would be out the next day to check our water softener. Instead of trying to make money off of us and sell us a new system, they quickly worked on the program of the softener and had everything running smoothly. The service man that came was very professional and very friendly. We will definitely use them for all of our softener needs!!!! i would give them an A++++++++++ in all areas!!!!

+ -1 moreProduct was great only downside is that we asked for a quote we were told no more than 150$ when they got to the house it ended up that it would be 3X that because of our house set up and we would need an electrician. We ended up having to take 4 days off work to get a project done when a accurate onsight price quote could have made that 2 days. other than that the scervice was friendly and the water softener appears to be working well.

+ -1 moreThe water from the RO unit is clear and has an excellent taste, we use if for drinking during our workouts at the gym, for meals, and to make coffee. The coffee tastes much better with the purified water.
Description of Work: We converted from a stand-alone water cooler to a Reverse Osmosis unit in the kitchen. The technician arrived at his appointed time and installed the unit. It took a little over an hour. We had a small amount of water under the sink the next day, Culligan came out, and determined it was from the sprayer from the sink, which was unrelated to their work. I replaced the spray nozzle that day from Home Depot. Culligan did not charge me for the trip, and I was glad they identified the problem, which I was able to fix before it came a bigger problem.

Description of Work: I chose to rent their softener and best drinking water filter. I paid almost $200 for the installation which seemed fine. I'll know more once I pay the monthly fee and see how the service is. So far I'm happy.

+ -1 moreTheir people are very courteous and friendly. I only dealt with two people; the salesman and the installer. Both of them were top notch. They will take all of the time in the world to explain it to you, show you the hardware,. explain how it works, and tell you what you are supposed to do in between visits. They come out and service it every 3 months and bring you new salt. They check out the system, and make sure everything is functioning properly.
