For starters, they had a good quality carpet in stock and the had the best price. The estimator showed up as scheduled and worked around other construction activities. Before this carpet was installed, I had a problem with vinyl flooring I had contracted from a competitor. The competitors installers left me with a problem that they could not fix. Crazy Bucks found an experienced installer to fix the other guy's goof up promptly and for a nominal price. When the installers were starting the job, they noticed a very slight mismatch between a remnant and the new roll. On their own, without being asked, they took the remnant back and did the job from a single roll, eliminating the possibility of a mismatch. The installation was well done with attention to detail.
