+ -1 moreWell all I can do is wait for the internet to go out again. Cox is not responsible for their service.
Description of Work: Nothing but trouble from this internet service. I am trying to find another service but the choices are limited. The internet goes off at least 4 times a week. We have to unplug and plug in the modem - which is new provided by Cox - then restart the computers. I purchased a new router for $70 thinking my router was old and needed to be upgraded. And the internet stopped working again anyway. When you call Cox they want someone available for them for a 4 hour period during the week otherwise they won't show up even to check the outside terminals. When you call them they have nothing to add or contribute to any conversation other than someone needs to be home 4 hours to see a technician.
