+ 1 moreIt was a nightmare! Had trouble getting workers to show up, which are all subcontractors. They lied to the insurance company about work performed, we refused to pay so they filed a lien, we had to hire an attorney.

+ -1 more1. THEY WERE HIGH PRESSURE. 2. THE ROOFING CREW LEFT A MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP. 3. THEY SUBCONTRACTED INTERIOR WORK TO: A. A PAINTER WHOSE WORK WAS POOR, HE PAINTED OVER MOLD AND WASHED HIS ROLLERS ON OUR OUTSIDE BRICK (STILL THERE). aNOTHER PAINTER HAD TO COME IN TO FIX HIS REPAIRS B. A GENERAL HANDYMAN TO REPLACE/REPAIR INTERIOR WALLS OF AN OUT BUILDING WHOSE WORK WAS POOR AND HE FREQUENTLY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN TOLD. I ALSO HAD TO CLEAN UP A LOT OF HIS TRASH FROM THE DEMOLITION THAT HE NEVER CAME BACK TO DO. 4. AFTER STORMS THIS YEAR OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND ANOTHER ROOFER EXPLAINED THAT SECOND QUALITY MATERIALS WERE USED INSTEAD OF WHAT WAS CONTRACTED FOR.
