Counters Undercover

I was very impressed with Dana. She was right on time which I loved. I'm a very busy person and truly appreciate punctuality so this was quite important to me. She acted very professional. She had discussed paint colors I was interested in her using prior to the day of the job. She was very helpful in helping me make my selection based on the kitchen colors, especially my appliances. She had also explained the job would take up to 3 days depending on the time it took for each step of the paint applications to dry. I understood humidity could be a problem. Once she started it wasn't long before I could see the finished product taking shape. It was very exciting seeing my out dated formica countertops transforming. Several coats of a product which made it shine was the cherry on the top. Absolutely breathtaking! I LOVE my new countertops and will refer all interested I know to Counters Undercover.

I loved working with Dana. First off, she was on time. I'm a very busy person and certainly appreciate punctuality. She was also very professional. Once I contacted her by phone she agreed to come by my home to look at the countertops and give me a free estimate.. I found her to be very reasonable. Once I saw the finished product I almost felt she should have charged more. She also advised the process could take up to 3 days depending on the weather. I understood humidity could be a problem where the paint could take longer to dry. She explained the job would be done in steps so the drying time was very important. I requested she schedule me at her earliest date possible. She began the job about ten days later. Once she arrived on the day to begin the job she got right to work. At the time of the estimate she had asked what colors I was interested in using. She was a great help in assisting me with this decision based on my kitchen colors, especially the appliances. It seems we selected about five different colors. So upon the start date she began the process of transforming my old out dated formica kitchen countertops into something new. It seemed there was lots of "prep" work but by the end of that first day I could see how things were coming together. I was amazed at how it was already taking on the look of granite. On the second day once all of the colors had been applied and dried she then brushed on a clear coat of something that made the countertops shine. I understood this had to thoroughly dry before adding another coat Once all steps were done I was in LOVE with my new beautiful countertops. She was amazing. I have referred all friends interested in updating their kitchens. Two of these friends scheduled jobs and just like me are very happy with the new look. I highly recommend both Dana and the transformation process.
