John called me back, later in the afternoon. Then showed up, got right to the repair. Courteous, knowledgeable, honest worker. I recommend them/him.

He's great and absolutely fantastic. He's a very nice and honest man. I've used him several times and I have given his number to other people. He's very good. I called and he was there within a day or two. His cost was very reasonable.

John is super. He has fixed my old appliances several times. If I'd quit overloading my washing machine, I wouldn't see him so often (!). He is quick to respond. His prices are great. He is very knowledgeable. He is super!

John (of Cost Less Appliance Repair) is an excellent repairman! He is extremely knowledgeable about all brands. He is always able to come out either that day or within a day or two. The last time I called, he came within an hour! I have given his name to my family and friends. They have used him and have reported that he is great. (I already knew that.) His prices are very reasonable, and he'll try to get you used parts to save you money, if they're available. When my old dishwasher was making a funny noise, John listened to it over the plone and gave me advice so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. He's a really nice guy and you'll be glad if you use him!

Courteous on the phone and in person, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and just feel he's an honest man. We had him out to fix a dishwasher that was leaking earlier in the year also. Very pleased from beginning to end, both times. Will recommend him to anyone.
