Yes Conn's sold me an icebox the first day they delivered it it never worked they came out 2 weeks later and fixed it and the day they left it still didn't work they wouldn't replace the ice box and wanted me to wait another 2 weeks for someone to come out so I took the icebox back to the store and went to Lowe's because I'm a single father raising two babies and I could not afford to live out of the ice chest no longer and I bought a new icebox from Lowe's now cons are still trying to charge me and they put it on my credit and it's hurting my credit for me to do certain things I need to do Conn's told me that they would take it off and they would have someone higher up call me and then they've never called me back and I've called several times and I just get the runaround pawn knows that they got over on me they sold me a lemon and it's against the law to sell somebody a lemon and then you're sitting here slandering my credit although where I can't buy stuff so I'm going to post it over everything Facebook I'm going to get a Sonic and stand out in front of your store and I'm going to do what y'all doing to me I'm going to run y'all's customers off cuz they sure don't need the service y'all offer anyways thanks for having someone call me I knew you wouldn't call me back and you were ruining my credit
Description of Work: Your brother ice box to me that didn't work and from day one and then y'all came out two weeks later and tried to fix it and it still didn't work wanted me to wait another 2 weeks

Description of Work: On 2/23/14, I purchased a leather recliner, two end tables and a coffee table from Conns (7301 S. Penn, OKC, OK 73159). Everything was delivered on 2/26/14 and everything was dmaged in one form or another. Both end tables had visible scratches, the caffee table had chip wheras you could see the white of the wood, and the leather chair had rip on the back. I informed the delivery driver of all of the damage as they were delivering the pieces of furnisher and he appeared to make note and even called in the coffee table damage. However, when they were done delivering everything, I asked what was the policy for the damaged pieces and was told that he would turn in his report and that someone from the store would call me to discuss replacement or a refund. I also asked for a copy of the delivery documentation and was only given a sheet of paper to rate his delivery service (they strive for 5s). After they left, I called Conns informing the warehouse person/salesperson about the delivery damage and was told she needed to see the write-up from her delivery guys. Needless to say, I didn't hear from anyone the rest of that day. This ordeal went from Feb. 27th through Mar. 10th whereas I called and talked to supervisors and etc. I went back to the store and talked to a manager as well and still didn't get anything resolved. I finally decided to get a lawyer involved. Once that happened, I got a new date for delivery of everything new. This time everything that was delivered came in plastic covering or a box. The deliverey guys put together my table in my living room. totally different scenario from the first set of guys. It didn't hurt that I had my best friends recording it with his camera. I wasn't taking any chnaces this time. I like the furniture and the recliner/rocker, but I will never do business with Conns again. They strive for fives is plastered throughout their store and professing to have great customer service, but my experience was not customer oriented or pleasant.

They installed it the next day and used duct tape to apply the vent. It fell off 10 days later and I had to call someone else who had to come and fix it otherwise Conn's would have made me wait 7 days.
Description of Work: I bought a cloths dryer.
