concrete repair
+ -1 moreI called several times over the course of two weeks, trying to schedule an appointment. Sometimes the office would answer, sometimes it would rollover to the main office (out of state,) sometimes there would be no answer. Eventually, I gave up but a couple of weeks later, somebody called me and we scheduled an appointment. He did show up on time, but the estimate was much higher than I expected, and the estimate contained no information, no description of how the problem was diagnosed, no estimate of materials needed, just a price. Based on my experience so far, I decided not to do the work.
Description of Work: Received estimate to fill voids under back patio slab.
