Concrete Canvas

It turns out the photos they showed me ahead of time weren't actually of their work, but just taken right off the internet. It was a nightmare from the word go once they got my partial payment. They ran off with my money and did sub-par work which they never even completed. When I complained to the insurance company, they offered to give me half my money if I took down a negative review I'd posted online. Thus far I'm still waiting on that money.

The crew did not show up unitl about noon on the first day, and they seemed very inept. My husband had to show them how to properly even out measurements, as the initial shape was not even AT ALL. On the second day, we were informed that they were ready to pour. The proposed patio area was just dirt, not rocked, and had about a 5 degree incline on it. We had to take vacation days to assist in leveling the area for concrete and basicallly supervise the job ourselves. 3 years later and the patio is cracking and falling apart. The stained color looks great, but the scored lines are very crooked and look like they were drawn by a 5 year old.
