Description of Work: I had to call them every day. They would say they would call back at the end of the day and never call. Then the proposed fixed would take three weeks to a month. I just ordered relacement parts and fixed it myself in three days.

Description of Work: We went to Computer Masters with two problems. The first involved our four home computers, so they referred us to a man who does in-home work for them. He was prompt, efficient, nice and did a great job. The second problem involved an iMAC desktop and Computer Masters didn't have the equipment to open it and do the repair. They referred us to another shop, which took good care of us. Although the men in the Midwest City shop didn't actually do any work for us, they were very nice and referred us to some excellent repair specialists.
