Perfectly! Eddie came to give me an estimate same day. He stole my heart (ha ha) and business the moment he stepped inside my home with me and took his shoes off following my lead. I did not say a word asking him to do this for me. How incredibly respectful of my property and home. Makes me want to cry. No one and I mean no one takes off their shoes or even offer. Eddie then quotes the same job from a competitor and they are $800 LESS... wow. The competition was $1902 and was doing all they could to get me to replace my aging ac unit that is working just needed a couple things to keep it in good shape. My house stays at 70-72 degrees depending on how I have it set so I was being proactive when I heard a noise which turns out to be normal. The blessing is Eddie diagnosed small AC issues and scheduled them to be fixed next day (today 8/1). The new cost after HIS diagnosis .... $651. Clark came out to do the work, professional and he wore shoe covers without me saying a word! I just want to hug them all for taking care of me, my AC, and my home. Yesterday I almost broke down with Eddie after the "other" company was trying to get me to finance $20,000. Eddie brought calm back into my life. Eddie is my go to from here on. I am so grateful for this company, Joe, Eddie and Clark. They are a well oiled machine working together and obviously put honesty and integrity first.

I've been using Comfort Inc for almost a decade and their service is absolutely top notch. They serviced my old unit for the first several years and I later had them install a brand new unit which I have been very happy with. I have also had them do some duct work which went off without a hitch. They do excellent work and you can see that they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend!!

Our sales consultant, Eddie, was very nice, thorough in his presentation, and excellent in explaining our options and keeping us informed as to the workers' timetable and what would be done each day over the three-day installation period. From the time they arrived to the time they left, all four workers were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Their work was of outstanding quality and they went "above and beyond the call" in making sure we were completely satisfied. They even installed an extra light in the attic near the new gas furnace unit, providing light for the entire attic. They never complained about having to work in the attic in 90+ degree heat. They sealed off the old floor ducts with concrete, straightened one of the wall vent covers that was a little crooked, and did a super clean-up job. The overall price was a bit high, but not out of line for a job of this size. We couldn't be more pleased.

I contacted the manufacturer (Goodman A/C) and asked for information regarding warranty and who serviced their units. They gave me Comfort InterCorp, their phone number and street address. I contacted the company, explained my problem and they set up an appointment for us, contingent upon the rain storms. David was the service tech that came out, checked out, explained, and gave an estimate for repairs. He came out between rain storms and repaired the unit and also explained the "comfort club" which would provide additional benefits and discounts. He came with additional parts in case they were needed. Nothing was done without explanation. He was courteous, professional but very pleasant to visit with. My husband was extremely impressed. Their total was lower than another provider but now we don't have to worry about future visits.

I got four quotes for this project and this was the most expensive, but very comparable to some of the others. I found the phone operated to be very knowledgeable and helpful. While I am going to use a different company that specialized in air duct cleaning for this job I would potentially call Comfort Incorporated for other heating/ AC related fixes in the future.

Comfort Corporation - furnace repair (low temperatures in the teens) no heat 9:18 am called Comfort. We had a prior service agreement 2 years ago. Very friendly, courteous said it would probably be this afternoon. 10:06 John called said he was on his way. 10:55 John arrived John's been here an hour. Checked AC first Checked filters Been in attic most of the time where furnace is located. Now on his way north side to pick up new circuit board 12:00 noon Circuit board is giving off a negative polarity Sometimes they are,hooked up wrong, this one was hooked up correct. Just to check he reversed and still showing negative polarity. Sometimes it's a loose ground. He checked all the grounds and all are tight. New board Labor Signup for service check twice a year AC & Heater, since the AC & Heater are 9 years old intended to do the service agreement anyway. While gone I googled replacing furnace circuit board. Got a nice detailed write up of parts and labor. Range depending on exact part but total $325-$1,000 $650 was price including $216 service agreement. Seemed fair based on above. John said he might stop for lunch during trip for part across town. Arrived back 1:15 Replace circuit board 30-40 minutes Came back and showed me with gage that blower capacitor that is rated at 5.5 they want to see no lower than 4.7, was starting blower but only a matter of time weeks- months blower is going to stop since it was reading only 3.5. $106. So as not to have another service call later, in the middle of summer with temps @109, he replaced capacitor. Total: $762.04 (this includes $216, twice a year service) to keep these old units running. Excluding the service circuit board $440, capacitor, $106, both included labor and total significantly in line with Googled estimate range of $325-$1,000 ( for just the circuit board) I am never thrilled to pay out $800 BUT, I highly recommend Comfort and professional service by John. By checking the capacitor while he was here, I've probably avoided another break down in the near future and another service call. John was done by 2:00. Trip included was 3 hours. At $75/hour that's $225 of the total bill. By prices quoted in google search Comforts rates a very reasonable. Dean Bard

We've had excellent service from them. We were very pleased with them and the service we got. When we needed them, they responded quickly. They are definitely a good company. They didn't charge anything for the last visit. They were wonderful and it was amazing. The price was slightly high on the installation but the service we get is amazing. The quality is awesome. It is the best unit we've ever owned. They are very professional. We will absolutely continue to use them.

OG&E said they would give us a free evaluation because we worked out smart hours. Our pre-evaluation cost us $80 or $90 because there was something wrong with our system. They just came, did an evaluation, took our money and left, we didn't have much to do with them. He just told us our compressor was out, he didn't tell us anything else. They had to keep in contact with us because we live in a gated community so they had to inform us.

Those guys were good. We had numbers of things done. It was great. Everything worked fine when they were here.

The technician was very professional and helpful. He found that the freon was very low in the system and did a full recharge. Very pleased with the service to the point I signed up for an annual service contract.

I highly recommend Comfort Inc. I searched for companies with NATE ( North American Technician Excellence) certified employees and then researched the companies online. Comfort Inc. came out on top and continues to provide top notch service. Additionally, they have taught me valuable information about A/C systems in general and what to look for before signing on the dotted line to buy a house, even a brand new one. They provide routine twice yearly maintenance; relocated my thermostat to provide better efficiency; installed a new return supply to help air circulation. The technicians were professional and courteous. They were on time to all but two appointments. I received a call from the office advising me the technician was running late due to problems at prior calls. The office kept me updated on status.

They were quick, efficient & did a great job for a good price. On those 100+ degree days my building stays cool and comfortable. When one of the units went down they were quick to send someone out for repair. (capacitor went out). They were a little pricy on the part for repair but, the repair was done quickly to minimize my office down time.

They were pretty quick to get out here and they explained everything pretty well.

Called Comfort Inc at 8, July 1 for A/C not working. They were busy in AM and said it would be after 1. Travis arrived about 2:30. He was courtesy and thorough. Checked fuse and found it was bad. Replaced fuse and checked operation for pressures and temps. Added 1 pound of R-22 freon. Over half of the cost was the freon. All information and numbers are on their invoice for future reference. Long established company that I will use then again.

Comfort Inc. first misrepresented itself as Air Comfort Solutions when i told them that i had seen their commercials on TV with Jason White and they didn't tell me that wasn't who they were, however i still preceded with taking a bid from them and utlimately selecting them to install my HVAC system. After negotiations Comfort Inc. gave me a competitive quote that i was satisfied. On the day they were to install the HVAC system the salesman called and said they had decided they couldn't do the job and left me without anyone to install at the very las minute. I feel the salesman couldn't honor the quote he gave me and therefore backed out on the deal.

When we called to have the central air system in our brand new house serviced, we discovered the company that installed it was out of business! Comfort Inc. was the only heating and A/C firm in OKC with both a BBB rating and Angie evaluation. The customer service person was very helpful and was able to get a tech to my house within a few hours. The tech called ahead of time to tell me he was coming. While at the house, the tech was polite, thorough and kept me informed about what he was doing. Our house has vaulted ceilings with the filter vents well above normal ladder height. I was uncomfortable watching the tech stand on the very top of his ladder to change the filters. However, he said he noted the placement of the filters in our file and any future techs would bring an 8' ladder. The service was timely and complete. We were more than satisfied with Comfort Inc. performance and signed up for an annual service plan.

Comfort Inc is a professional and punctual firm. Techs are good. HOWEVER, I dont think the service manager is honest about service questions you have - he will steer you into any direction that will give them business. For example, he recommended I go with a humidifier, but after research and talking to other companies that install humidifiers, he wasn't inclined to tell me the drawbacks with humidifiers. I am not sure if they install Carrier compressors/parts when things fail under warranty.

I was completely satisfied with the entire process. It was a difficult job and it was done right. The installers were professional. The work was done on time and at the quoted price. The service after the installation has been good.
