Cobalt Roofing and Exteriors

I can not say enough wonderful things about Cobalt Roofing.  I had done an abundance of research after the most recent hail storm on roofing companies.  I hadn't found a company that I was extremely impressed with but I had a family member that highly recommended Cobalt Roofing.  John has been amazing since day one.  He has responded to every phone call, email or text message in a very timely manner.  And he has spent countless hours dealing with my insurance company.  When the adjuster initially came out, John came out early to look at everything first & the adjuster was over an hour late.  John was so patient & understanding.  They removed old fence posts and replaced.  They actually did more posts than insurance had paid on the claim.  The same day, they replaced the side garage door and fixed the trimming.  At this point I was completely impressed with their work & had absolutely no complaints.  Then today, they came out to replace the metal roof on the patio. When I came home from work to see it, I was truly blown away.  Not only had they replaced the awning, they replaced several pieces of wood on the frame.  They removed a huge wasps nest and added a hook to hang a lantern that I had on the ground (perfectly symmetrical to the other one that I already had hanging).  None of this was in their realm of the work they were to perform.  I know these aren't huge things, but I am a single mom and maintain our home by myself so it was huge to me.  The entire patio was cleaner than I had left it.  The roof & decking hasn't been replaced yet but I will update once that is complete.
