Description of Work: "We bought an older home in Mesta Park in late January and the downstairs heat and air unit was over 30 years old and rusted through, so it was the first thing we upgraded. We had Dennis evaluate it before buying the home and used him to install a new unit once we moved in. He talked about several viable unit options for us and even took my husband to his house to see one of the units he was talking about for our house before we agreed to purchase it. |We agreed upon the unit including the price and ballpark installation fees and his workers were there for two hard-working days making sure the installation was correct (older homes present more challenges than newer ones for this, as you may be aware). Dennis came by to ensure the installation was proceeding as he expected. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, called back later to see how the unit was working and returned to check on the unit as well, all for no added cost. We would highly recommend Citywide for HVAC needs and honest, good-guy advice.
