+ -1 moreWork was never done, I scheduled an appointment no one called, no one came. When I called to find out why, I was basically told there were other jobs more important than my small job. "They would get to me when they could". Not acceptable!
Description of Work: I needed a broken pane of glass replaced in a window.

Description of Work: No Services performed. We called for an estimate to replace/repair glass, and no one ever called back, no one came out. When I called to inquire, I was told we were "in the system". Terrible customer service.

Description of Work: I had three window screens damaged by hail. I took them the City Glass for repair. The repair took about one week but I was in no hurry. The screens were damaged two years ago and I was only now getting around to having them fixed. The new screen material matched the undamaged screens on my house. One attachment clip was missing and City Glass installed a new one. Robin at city glass was pleasant and helpful.

+ -1 moreAgain, came at the prescribed time. During installation they were running a bit behind but called to tell me, which I really aprpeciated. Good experience - would use them again
Description of Work: I had four pieces custom made to fit two dressers, one desk and one breakfast table made. They came out when they said they would, took the measurements and installed within the timeframe they promised. I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend their work.

+ -1 moreI have some rental properties. Whenever I need to get a screen repaired I go to them. They have always done good work for me. When I have a screen fixed it is straight. Their prices are reasonable.

+ -1 moreWe required a piece of glass to protect a conference table in our office. We called the referenced company and they came to our office, measured the table and then gave us a price. We told them we wanted the glass and then they promised to deliver and never showed. After many phones calls and lots of lies from the company, we cancelled the order.
Description of Work: Services were not performed at this company gave us a bid then never showed up.
