Description of Work: Chad placed the A/C and heating unit in my newly built house (well, and everything else the HVAC guy does). He was always on time, very responsive, and very nice crew. I had an issue with the unit at the beginning of this summer and he came out and replaced a part quickly and at no charge (fluke issue w/ part of new unit). Would definitely recommend him for new systems or for general maintenance/issues.

 + -1 moreWe e-mailed Chad's Heat and Air on a Sunday morning, because our A/C went out. He called us back that same day and offered to come fix it that evening. Because it was not as hot as usual, we said no, Monday morning will be fine. On Monday morning Chad's two helpers called before they came and arrived by 9 a.m. We had already consulted knowledgeable friends about what the problem might be, and these two young men gave us the same diagnosis. They were fast, polite, and efficient, and the A/C has been working fine since then.
Description of Work: He replaced the electric motor that runs the fan in our heat and air unit.

 + -1 moreI called Chad late Friday evening and left a voice mail. He called back within 15 or 20 minutes and arranged to come to my home early Saturday. He arrived ahead of schedule (after calling first) and found the problem very quickly. He then went and bought the replacement part and installed it. He showed and explained to me the failed part so that I would truly understand what had gone wrong and why. I can't believe I have finally found a heating/AC professional who is more interested in solving problems for the customer that selling new systems.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with air conditioner (vibration and loud noise) and replaced blower wheel.
