While the drywall and texture work they did was good, they absolutely did not follow the safety precautions they said they would during the quote for the popcorn ceiling removal. Despite all parties being told it had asbestos, it was scraped dry and without protective gear, not even a mask. We had to run a HEPA filter in there for days before we felt safe to enter.

The workers were not professional; they did not clean up after themselves; complained constantly; did not cover my furniture until I requested it be covered; only partially covered my living room floor but did not cover my kitchen/dining room floor; used a different paint on ceiling and walls for touch up areas and around ceiling fixtures that left shiny spots

the subcontractors were in a big hurry to get the job done correctly. had to speak with CertaPro about the mess they left behind. CertaPro pulled them from another job to return to complete the job to my satisfaction.

The initial work was quick and seemed good (80% +). But on the follow up with finishing the Entrance doors and Porches they dropped the ball. They came our several times (different workers each time) and dumb mistakes were made. Example: They repainted the porch without masking off our new Cedar posts, so we had to replace the trim cedar on the posts. The doors were not prepped (sanded / cleaned) and to be redone. If the original crew leader & his original guys had followed up it I feel it would have been much better. The crew leader did not even show up the last two trips. The owner did come out after several attempts to correct problems and refund part of the job for crew to replace Cedar Trim, repaint doors & Trim.

A very professional company with excellent service. Troy provided a spot on quote and was an excellent representative of the company. The team that painted dis an awesome job and was done on time. I will definitely use them in the future for the outside of my house. If you're looking for painters, give this company a shot, you won't be disappointed.

The issue was resolved, the follow-up took a little longer than expected. We are satisfied with the repair work. The painters were on time and completed the work on time. There was a problem with the business process, estimator's detail list of work to be done and the lead painters scope of work.

Poor quality of work. Sloppy. Left trash. Broke things. Got paint on brick, driveway, sidewalk, garage door, window glass,. Totally trashed a wood shutter. Said he wanted to make it right but made minimal attempt to do so. Not even close to being worth $3k because now I will need to hire someone else to clean the brick which they 'claim' is old damage. The splattered paint is bright white. If it was 8 years it would be weathered, not bright white. It wasn't there before I hired this bunch. So.... say no to certapro.
