Good work, very clean, aimed to please

They came when they said they would, and finished on time. They also cleaned up each day they were here before they left. I would definitely use CertaPro again.

The CertaPro rep Jonathan was very informative and punctual with the bid price. The actual painter, Chester was on time and curtious. Outside stained cedar job was done very well. Price was a bit high, but quality was good.

The supervisor did a good job of following up but the painter does not pay attention to detail.

Team was good and communicated well. They did the job quickly and were very service oriented making sure what they did pleased us. They were not early starters, which frustrated my hubby a bit. We asked them to fix a couple spots in the ceiling. Although it's better than it was it still doesn't blend like I hoped it would. We heard a couple times our salesman was going to come inspect but he never showed up. Other than those few little things we were extremely pleased with the service we received.

Painters can be hit or miss and painting outside in Oklahoma wind can make scheduling difficult. These guys were great! Excellent communication and clean work without leaving drips or over spray. They also helped suggest ways to cut cost from my project. Would definitely recommend!

Some of the painters were not friendly, and when trying to voice our concern, they showed some attitude. Jonathan was very nice and polite. He listens to my concern and acts appropriately and he communicates effectively. I will highly recommend him.

They put customers first. They communicated well and often about their plans from the get-go, and then they followed through as they said they would. The results were excellent, the experience was professional, and the rates were incredibly competitive.

They were very fast and fixed any little problems I found.

Felt like they went the extra mile in trying to communicate with me about weather delays and some needed carpentry repairs. If I were looking for a painter for the outside of my house, I would definitely use this team.

They were to replace any boards that were bad. No boards were done, just painted over. Had to call them back to fix some painting that was done without getting rid of the bubbles the last painter of years ago had left.
