+ 2 moreMr. Spencer did a wonderful job throughout my home and I couldn't be more pleased. He provided a very neat and concise estimate, before starting the job and (except where I added additional work that had not been included in the original estimate), there were no surprises. Mr. Spencer took great care, to make certain that my floors and household furnishings were protected in work areas and it was not unusual to see him with a broom, mop or vacuum cleaner in hand. He even soft scrubbed the tub! His work and that of his helpers was impeccable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a large or small job. He'll do just about anything you need done, no matter how small, and do it well. I provided all of the tile, paint, toilets, lights, and C.E.Services provided the labor. All said and done, the entire project's cost (including materials) ran about $5,700 and I was very pleased. What's more, it only took 1 week from start to finish! Hire again? In a heartbeat!
Description of Work: C.E. Services pulled up carpet, chipped up old tile and completely retiled 2 bathroom floors and utility. Painted utility and 2 halls. Removed 2 wall sconces on dining room wall and floated and textured wall. Repaired and painted water stains on living room and dining room ceilings. Repaired ceiling above leaky master bath skylight. Repaired damaged 4x4 tile around glass block window in master bath and repaired cracked shower tile in 2 baths. Repainted bathroom vanity woodwork in second bath. Completely replaced floor trim in both master bed and bath, sealed grout around glass blocks in window of master bath. Set new tile at entry threshold, where concrete had busted. Replaced 2 toilets, installed 6 outside lights, refreshed kitchen cabinets (along sink area) with oak stain polyurethane and completely re-painted the outside trim of my 2400 plus sq ft home.
