+ -1 moreThey did bring me a new bouquet however I had to arrange that bouquet myself!! After a complaint I received another very poorly arranged bouquet!! The driver agreed with my complaints as I was sure he would. However you can't hide a HOT MESS facial expression when he saw the original one delivered. I will never use them and hope no one else does either. I hope if they see my name on the wire they go right on past it to the next one as I never want their service again! Since they have been in the City for a # of years they rely on that longevity vs staying up with their competition, and selling themselves when they make a delivery. Sad Sad Sad!! My pics are prior to my rearranging them and had I not I wouldn't have found these 3 nestled down deep which I found odd. Just wrong all the way around!!
Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I have received flowers from them that were below standard expectations. I am certain $100+ bouquet of a Dozen Long Stem Roses arrived today with x3 of them broken with approx a 3-4 inch stem laid into the bouquet. It was very poorly arranged and handsomely priced.
