Our technician Jeff is the best! He goes above and beyond everytime, even if it requires him to do extra work (such as dragging the hose out of the truck). He's very careful spraying since we have pets of various kinds. Jeff is very professional and personable.

Jeff is very personable, knowledgeable, and is willing to answer questions. Bulwark will come out as many times as needed, for free, in between regular scheduled treatments if you are still seeing insects.

My interaction with the techs have been pleasant. My very first treatment was kind of a disaster because of the lack of communication from the people I signed up with in customer service and the techs. I was charged for a treatment that wasnâ t performed and had to have them re-treat a couple weeks later. They corrected the problem, so I was very pleased with that. We have been using Bulwark since August 2023 and have a completely eradicated our German cockroach issue! Jeff and Patrick are our favorite techs.

Jeff went above and beyond. Not only did he treat for our concerns, he spent time walking around the house taking down new wasp nests and refilling our bait boxes. I truly appreciate the personal attention to detail

Austin always does a great job. He treats the outside perimeter of the house and checks in when he's done to be sure we don't have other issues. Very nice & polite.

Today I met Brandon for our home service. He was very professional & courteous, asked good questions about any issues we have had, and did a thorough treatment. At my request he also did floor treatment inside two exterior window areas. I would absolutely recommend Brandon and be glad to have him back servicing our home again.
