BP NEWCOMB HARDWOOD FLOORS, LLC

I had Newcomb Hardwood Floors come out to design and plan new flooring in my house to replace carpet throughout. I was presented with a variety of options at multiple price points. After making my decision i scheduled for the installation. The crew showed up on time and were very fast and efficient. They removed the old floors and cleaned and prepped for the new floor. They installed the floors and then came back the next day and installed the molding. After completing this they cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and professional and I am very pleased with the final results.

Ben estimated two days to do the job(600 sq. ft.). It was truly a full 2-day job and he completed the job on time! He moved furniture, removed the old carpet, prepped the floors, installed the flooring and cleaned the work area. He did a great job undercutting the hearth and a built-in cabinet in the hallway. The wood looks great and we cannot see a single flaw! Ben has a great attitude and truly went beyond the call to come back after the carpet layers finished to put down all the T-moldings(late in the evening). We have dealt with two other floor installers and both disappointed us. Ben is a professional and we are totally pleased!
