Very honest in saying that fencing didn't need replacement, and that all that were needed were new posts and reinforcement of gate with new hardware; so new materials costs were minimal. Excellent quality of repairs.
Description of Work: Repaired one section of stockade fencing and re-hung gate of same after wind damage.

Description of Work: I made two appointments to meet them to repair my storm damaged fence. Both times they never showed up, and never called. Have tried several times to get someone to call me and have been promised someone will call but never get a call back.

+ -1 moreA few weeks ago, I returned home from a weekend away to find two panels of my back fence had fallen into the culvert behind my property. Other areas of the fence were beginning to weaken and blow in the wind. I called Blue J and asked them to evaluate for repair or replacement. They came and checked the fence, and told me the fence was sound, and recommended repair by placing offset pressure treated posts to strengthen/reinforce the fence. They performed the job at the quoted price and at the date/time promised.
Description of Work: Placed offset posts to reinforce stockade fence. Dug out concrete and replaced posts and attached new posts to two fallen fence panels (which had fallen into the culvert behind the fence).

+ -1 moreThe first time Blue Jay Fence came, I had them put my stockade fence only to the back of my house....This time I had it fenced all the way to the front which meant moving two gates! Well, I am very satisfied and I think new customers will be too. He is in line with his prices, is very knowledgeable, very precise, is very careful to be sure that he and the customer are on the same page and is very prompt and a hard worker...Thank you Bluejay... Description of Work: This is my second job I had done by Blue J Fence since I was pleased the first time...The first time I was thinking cost as my priority instead of convenience and what I really wanted....But, I could not be happy and so I called Blue J Fence once more and told him to add more fence but now he had to move my new gates up to the front of my house....Now, Mr Loredo could have said "No way," because he had suggested metal posts, but being the nice man that he is, he agreed. ..Naturally, it would be a little extra but it was what I wanted.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with every phase of the project. The estimate was given to me in a timely manner, service was prompt, and the fence and clean up were fantastic. The final cost was right on with the estimate. I highly recommend them! They also made great recommendations (like steel posts) which were more expensive, but I thought he was right about everything, and their prices were still competitive.
Description of Work: They installed a wooden fence in my back yard.

+ -1 moreI was in the hospital when he put it up. When I got home there was no clutter. Everything was all cleaned up. He is a very congenial type of person. He brought 3 different kinds of fence materials to show us and he used metal posts instead of wood because they last longer. We were very impressed with him. My son was here at the time of this installation and he was impressed as well.
Description of Work: He fenced my back yard with a wooden privacy fence made from white cedar.
