Set up a carpet cleaning online for $99. They no-showed so I called and set up an appt for the next day. They arrived and I told them what needed to be done. They said they might, repeat might, be able to move my coffee table but nothing else. Fair is fair, that's what it states on their website. However that does make their service a little ridiculous that they can't even move a coffee table. That being said I told them I would move it to one side and they could clean then I would move it back. That wouldn't work they said because they do not carry anything like a small styrofoam block to put the couch legs and coffee table legs (have used Stanley Steamer prior to this and they do use them). All this made carpet cleaning pointless and I told them to get out. So I wasted a day off hoping to get my carpet cleaned by professionals who turned about to be amatuers. Lesson learned ? By a bissell and clean your own carpets I guess.

Wow! This company is great! I found them on television when they were running a three room special and have used them since then. I had three rooms done. They were very clear about the price at the beginning. I have had them clean my carpets for three years. They use a steam cleaning method of cleaning my carpets. I like that because other services use soap that leaves my carpet sticky. I have very light color carpet that needs frequent cleaning. They have also cleaned some furniture for me. The prices are great and they are very professional and careful not to damage anything.

They arrived at the time they said they would. They quickly did the carpet cleaning in a professional manner. Of course the house was totally empty of furniture, which made their job much easier than if they were doing a fully furnished home. They gave me a verbal report on being able to remove the spots in the living room and the difficulty of trying to remove the paint spots in the bedroom. They warned me of the danger of walking on the carpet and then stepping onto a hard surface (possibility of slipping). The two men were professional, friendly and very business directed...they wasted no time in getting their jobs done. This rent house is located in "The Village" a section of Oklahoma City.

It went really well. I love the steam cleaning they used. It sucks up all the dirt, dust, and dog hair which was in the carpet. They were courteous and friendly. *Do not remember exact pricing.

The job they did was fine. They did not move some things that I thought they should have moved. They were very fast and finished the work in half the time. However I am a little skeptical that they rushed through the job. They should make sure that they do a through job. They were not very professional.

They did a great job. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. They were fast, and they did a thorough job. They put everything back like they said they would. I was pleased. However, I thought they were a little pricey for what I got.

The guy in charge was very nice and professional as well as his assistant. They knew what they were doing, explained the process and were very friendly. The entire process was suppose to take 2-3 hours. It ended up taking around 6 1/2 hours because their equipment broke down twice. Not the fault of the guys who were actually doing the job. They had to leave, came back, the equipment still wouldn't work, left again and then returned. The job looks good and I was given a 10% discount for the problems. Will use them again and recommend to others.

Estimator professional and competent. The crew arrived on time but found that their camera wasn't functioning; They had to drive over 40 miles round trip to obtain another camera. While they were gone their dispatcher sent another crew by mistake. When the original crew returned they found no water but did detect mold in some places in the system. They had trouble getting their cleaning equipment ready but once they found a lost part they set to work with a will and got the job done in short order. They were professional, kept us informed about all that was going on, cleaned up after themselves, and were quite pleasant individuals. Because of all the mishaps it took all day to do what they estimated would be a two hour job. However, they handled it with grace and we would use them again.

We were able to schedule an appointment the same day we called. It took about 2.5 hours to clean our ductwork, which is longer than usual. Our vents were extremely dirty, and filled with all kinds of goodies deposited by previous home owners--like an egg timer, a couple of old PlayStation games, and a book about the fat content of foods. The company's cleaning system involves a whip-like gizmo that knocks dirt loose in the vents, and a hose which sucks everything out of the house and into the truck outside. The whole process kicked up less dust than a regular session with a normal vacuum cleaner. I was very impressed by the professionalism, and thoroughness of the two gentlemen who did the job, and would absolutely use Blackmon Mooring again.

They were nice and polite. My only complaint with them was that when they sprayed the pre-treatment on problem spots, they didn't let it sit at all before running over it with their steamer. It just seems to me that pre-treatment spray needs to sit for at least a couple of minutes before steaming it up.

One year ago, this company did a fantastic job for me. I hired them again recently and was very surprised and disappointed. Their work this time was lazy and customer service was disinterested. Stains were left in the carpet and only pathway areas were cleaned. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was immediately rescheduled and cut off from explaining the problems. On the rescheduling date, I received a call after the service men were due asking me if I had an appt. that morning and if so they were on their way. I did not have them come on out.

I ordered the services through the Blackmon-Mooring web site which ended up being about $20 less than when I called for an estimate. With the appointment scheduled for "between 4pm and 6pm" I had planned on leaving from work to get home by 3:45. When I pulled in the drive, the truck was already there and they had been waiting about 5 minutes. After the introductions and letting the crew of two in, they moved sofas and other smaller furniture, brought in their steam vac, and went to work. Although one gentleman spent a fair amount of time on his cell phone, they were both gentle with the furniture and diligent in their work. The carpets turned out great, and the doggie problems were removed. I would definitely hire them again, but would skip the Scotchgard. $50 for using a spray bottle to apply in three rooms just didn't seem worth it. Good value on the cleaning, though.

I have a cream colored carpet and it was very dirty. They did a terrible job. There was a big spot in the living room that they did not even clean. Also there were lines left where they missed cleaning the carpet in the bedroom. They were so fast, but they did not do the job correctly. They also told me that it would be dry in about four hours and it actually took about 24 hours.

I would recommend Blackman Mooring. I had seen their add on TV and they were at a neighbors, whom I know is very picky, thats why I hired them. They were very professional and friendly. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned-up after themselves.

Blackman Mooring is priced way too high. The man that came out to inspect was rude. They charged me to move furniture around. I would not rehire them I just felt like I was taken.

My overall experience is good. I have used Steamatic for the past seven years and they are always punctual and treat me like a valued customer. Their prices are fair and they do quality work. I would recommend them to others.
