Description of Work: BJ's tree service makes itself hard to contact when so disires. I did call his number and left a message of the following: On March 21, you trimmed the Silver Maple in my front yard to cut out dead wood and to shape the tree. However, looking at the tree from the house side, there still remains big limbs that have large areas where the bark has peeled off and the limbs are dead. I counted at least four, and there are no doubt more. These limbs, with no bark, are quite obvious. Please complete the job you promised to do. I would appreciate that this be accomplished within the next few weeks. The neighbor across the street who you did tree work earlier, agrees that the job was incomplete. I just called your (405) 999-2861 number, but no answer.

+ -1 moreThey had to climb into the trees to do the cutting. I showed him what I wanted done. He gave me a price that was in the ball park of what I wanted it to be. They finished everything in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up very well and left no mess behind. They made sure to cut the stuff in smaller pieces too. They also completely raked my front yard. They did this without me asking. I told them I wanted them to do more trees in my backyard. They have returned to do that work. The thing that impresses me the most is their superior clean up. The yard looks immaculate once they leave. You don’t even know someone was trimming your trees. It is very impressive.
Description of Work: I have two really large oak trees in my front yard. They came out and pruned them back.
