Bill's team, with Chris in the lead, preformed an amazing job! You can see the pictures below of the seller's photo, fountain was inoperable plus they threw wood chips down to hide that the drainage did not function as it was all above grade. Then basically how I left it (minus the steel and concrete). Chris came in and got the area cleaned up and reworked the drain to preform it's function. You can then see the day they poured the concrete and how it sits finished with the final cuts. Can't wait to enjoy our indoor, outdoor patio. Thanks guys!

An excellent job was performed on all aspects of the work. Bill Guinn, President and owner of the firm, personally inspected the problem areas and made an on-the-spot recommendation and itemized costs for all proposed work. He also gave me a very helpful handout about his company and basic information about concrete work and proper drainage. Once I decided to have the work done, the office staff and the supervisor timely scheduled the work and kept me fully informed at all stages of the project. The workers assigned to the project were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. It was a great feeling to get the repairs made in such a timely and very satisfactory manner. I highly recommend Bill's Custom Concrete and would certainly use this contractor in the future.

Jason showed up just when he said he would. He was very professional, and explained everything about the job. He did a excellent job of following up, and in scheduling our work. The work was done on time, and the person the did the work was very good, and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Bill's for concrete repair.

Bill listened to my needs and ideas and was extremely thorough in his assessment and planning. He even visited more than once to assess the problem then tweaked and enhanced the plan after it was begun at no additional cost. The project included installation of a high curved curb and three large drains. The work was of the highest caliber with great attention to detail, the drains and concrete were expertly installed. His crew was very professional and his foreman very polite and patient. They were able to start and finish the project sooner than I expected. I waited until after we had a good rain (it was finished just before our recent drought) so I could also report on its function as well. It worked exactly as designed in addition to looking great! I highly recommend Bill for any concrete or drainage needs. I know I will call him if I need any further such work performed.

We had never dealt with this type of thing before and were worried because we had no reference point. We chose three concrete providers to come out and do estimates on what we wanted. Right away we knew Bills Custom Concrete was the one we wanted to do the job. Jason came out on a Saturday morning and gave us an estimate after thoroughly explaining what the job entailed. Because the patio surface was going to be SO big, he went through the details of cuts and boards and slopes that would be needed to ensure drainage and longer life of the slab. He was patient, and explained why these things where needed. NONE of the others that came out for estimates explained any of this! Bills Custom Concrete was a little more expensive than the other two, but now we know why! Not only were they thorough in the beginning but the workmanship is excellent and then they finished strong, cleaning everything up, and putting everything back before leaving the last day! We are very glad we found them, and would recommend them to everyone needing concrete of any type! Bill's team was efficient, professional, and did the job better than we could have imagined. They were easy to work with, kept us informed, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We now have the best looking driveway in the neighborhood!

When he came out he obviously didn't want to do the work. He quoted me a ridiculously high price. I called other companies and was able to get the job done for less than half the price quoted by this company. I would not waste my time calling him again.

Bill is an expert in his field and his references top-notch. I looked at some of his work before hiring him. He got all of the permits and complied with the current codes. The new driveway is outstanding. The concrete is a higher quality than used on a typical driveway. His team arrived early in the morning and worked hard all day. They left the site neat and tidy every day. It took about five days to complete the work of demolition and pouring concrete. The driveway was secured with caution tape and orange cones for another week. Two contractors in my neighborhood said it was the best concrete work they have seen. I have driveway envy from all of the neighbors. The work was excellent and I would highly recommend Bill.

Everybody on the team was great. Friendly and professional. Bill was very honest and offered professional advise for my consideration. On the scheduled date, the work began on time as planned and everything was reviewed and explained clearly to make sure my requirements were understood and met. The work took a couple of days and I was very impressed at the end of everyday, they cleaned up and left the worksite in a clean and safe environment. After the work was done, they cleaned up everything and left little traces that massive work was done in the back yard. If you want things done correctly, Bills custom concrete is for you.

They did a lot of work, they went off the recommendation of my structural engineer and even paid for him to come out and look at the work and make sure it was up to par. They did an excellent job, they exceeded my expectations and even did some things that were not part of they deal at no cost, like moving a tree for me and moving some dirt and leveling off some other areas that really had nothing to do with the job, the foreman I worked with was great, he came out and inspected it several times and on the final walkthrough there was really nothing to do, again, they did more than I expected them to do. If you have some serious drainage and issues and need it fixed correctly I would go with these guys.

First, we had some minor cracks in both the driveway and our patio that had possibly been caused by the recent earthquakes..I felt they should be resurfaced or replaced. Bill came out promptly to assess the problem and suggested that while he could do both projects, the damage was so minor that it would not warrant the cost. I valued his opinion and wanted to pay him for his time that was in excess of an hour, but he would not accept any payment. My second call concerned the eroding of a creek bank at the edge of our property. Bill advised that it would be wise to first consult an engineer and gave me the name and number of a qualified engineer.whom I then contacted. He felt the situation was a city problem, so no action was taken by Bill to provide a special drainage solution. I was grateful to Bill, sine his advice, again, saved me a considerable amount of money. Again, Bill refused any payment. While Bill's company did not perform any professional service, Bill's advice was invaluable. He will certainly be the first the person I will call when needing concrete or drainage work.

I contacted Bill to request an estimate and was told I needed to get an engineer to provide a plan before he would come & bid on anything. I contacted the engineer he recommended who would only come if I paid at least $165 for him to just look at my sidewalk and then if I actually needed a plan, it would be on retainer beyond that. In talking with other companies, I did not need an engineering plan. It seemed like he just didn't want my project and instead gave me the run around. Very disappointed.

I contacted Bills Custom Concrete from initially reviewing them on Angie's List and their website. Bill came out to look at what needed to be done and was very helpful with his knowledge and ideas. Each day of the job, the lead handed me a business card and explained what would be accomplished that day. I was accurately told how long the whole job would take. My questions were treated with respect and fully answered. The work crew are accomplished craftsmen with a strong work ethic and obviously takes pride in the work they do. They definitely worked as a team, The work was done with careful attention to details and the finished product is amazing. Who knew you could be so excited over a driveway and sidewalk! Very highly would I recommend Bills Custom Concrete.

I was told that the job I was needed done was not big enough to come look at as they have high overhead. He was referred by a brink and stone company. I will let them know of my experience as well.

They did a good job. We really appreciate that they made the correction and the replacement concrete matched the existing concrete that they had already put in very well.

They certainly did an excellent job for me. It was in the winter time which I worried about a little but they came out and covered it with insulation. They had these tarp things that had warm air between them. So theytook a lot of care to guarantee me that it didn't freeze which is hard to do with Oklahoma winters. They were a little on the high side but they gave me a really good warranty with it and everything. He said that any time I have a problem with it, I should call them and they would come out and take a look but I haven't had any problems so far. They did it exactly how I asked for it. I asked about curves and certain things and they worked with me really well. I got a referral from a neighbor who used him.

Bill's was very responsive, made an aggressively good bid, and completed the work promptly. Excellent work, excellent customer care. I'm pretty much done looking for any other concrete provider.

When a person works 8am to 5pm and works for a boss that does not like it when you take off it is not easy getting needed work done at home. I had a holiday coming up today and wanted to get an estimate for work so I called Bill's Custom Concrete to come out to my home and give me an estimate. To make sure they had plenty of time I called a week ahead of time. Bill's Custom Concrete told me that they would call me back when they had a schedule for today, but they never did. Now my holiday is gone and I am still no closer to getting my work done. I will have to call some other companies and see if they can come out when I am off for dental or doctor appointments. I need to get this done before the end of March.

Bill did a great job. We had a couple of minor problems after wards and he came right back out and fixed them.

He was great. He provided me with additional resources and suggested that I have an engineer take a look before they did any sort of service for safety reasons and for my home.

Bill has several different teams for each task. They came out on several different days to do the job. Once the concrete was poured they covered it with plastic and boards to make sure the wind did not remove the plastic and or trash could get on the patio before it was completely dried. Once dry they came and cleaned up everything...removed excess concrete, etc. Now just waiting for the final seal and it will be good to put the outdoor kitchen back on patio. Speaking of kitchen - they moved the kitchen off the existing patio (no small job) and will replace once completely finished!!

They were able to fit us in and come out quickly as we were worried about the recent heavy rains and damage to our driveway. Luckily I had decided to stay home the day they poured the concrete. I went to check it while they were at lunch and it was poured only about one inch down from the side of the driveway slab, not 4. When the worker came back, I told him what we were told about how far down it was supposed to be and I also called Bill himself to tell him it was not done correctly. They did re-dig and fix it, but our concern is if I hadn't been home and gone out and looked at it - it would have been done wrong and we would have never known. When they were finished, they tried to put the lawn and dirt back in that they had dug out and it looked terrible, to say the least - a far cry from how it previously looked. We called Bill, and they did made it right by bringing a roll of sod out and laying it down on both sides of the driveway. Our only other issue was that we were told that we could make payments on the balance with no interest. We paid $4500 down and were sending between $500-$1000 a month on the balance. After three months, we were called and told that the no interest was only for three months and asked when we could pay the balance off. We were never told that we only had three months no interest - because again my husband is very picky about that and pays all our bills on time. We would have paid it off in three months, if that was what we were told. There seems to be a crew that works for a foreman that works for Bill - and I am sure that is how most companies run. It did seem like there was somewhat of a language barrier between the crew and the foreman. I know they have gotten A reviews previously, which is part of why we chose him. We just didn't really have that experience.

Presentation, material and punctuality were first rate, very helpful with excellent information! His price was substantially higher than other four estimates even after carefully ensuring that the bid spec's were the same for 438 square feet.

Great job. Very courteous and professional. Here on time each day. Cleaned up after job. Would definetly use again
