They arrived on time, quickly picked up my furniture and followed me to the new location. They were very courteous and competent.

Everything seemed to be going OK until the truck was full. Yes, they were a little late, but it had rained, so the beginning of the move had to be postponed, so I did not worry about that too much. But when the truck was full, they just piled in and left, not telling any of us they were going. That was my first red flag. I went into the house and told everyone they were leaving, so we all piled in our cars and drove to the other place, and beat them there. We then waited about 20 minutes before they arrived. They never really explained where that 30ish minutes went. The next red flag was when we heard a massive crash, and we run out to see the bottom of our $4000 sleep number bed laying half on the truck and half on the driveway. (Later we find out that the air chamber in it was broken and it will cost us about $400 to fix.) As they bring in boxes, I see fragile boxes of collectibles being brought in under 3-4 boxes of heavy books on the dolly. Then they bring in my desk, in pieces! I mean, it is kindling! Finally, I cannot find an essential box that has important papers. They were careless and left a bunch of equipment in the apartment, and it took me five days to get them to come to get them when I threatened to throw them away since I had to get them out of the apartment for move out. I have put in a request for them to pay for the repair of my bed, and I hope I can recoup that money. The whole experience was horrible!

Because of a scheduling issue, they gave us more help to get us move by the original time frame without raising the price!!

Great guys! Professionally wrapped the furniture so it would not get damaged. We moved furniture from current house to new house but they also had to move furniture around at the new house before unloading. I would definitely recommend them for the quality and the price.

We moved several very old antiques, all arrived in same condition after 750 miles. Excellent workers. Great attitude and communication skills. We would use these guys for any future moves. Highest Recommendations!

Very careful & professional

Overall great guys! However, they were a little slow in the process and a piece of furniture was scratched because the door to the buffett (it had fallen off prior to the move) was not wrapped and it had been placed on top of the buffett. Therefore, the hinge scratched the top of the buffett. But, I would definately use them again!

Moving in the heat was hard. They never complained. Worked hard.

They were the best! We hired them just to move our washer & dryer from our house to a storage unit. They had to lift them both over the bathroom sink and vanity to get them out, but they made it look easy! They were on time, and even text me to let me know they were 10 mins out. They communicated well and were both professional and friendly. We regret moving the rest of our stuff by ourselves when we could have hired these guys! We got about 10 quotes for moving out washer and dryer and they were not only the cheapest, but the best rated too! We will 100% be hiring them for our next move and would recommend them to anyone!

they make sure that you are satisfied. they guys that moved us stayed late when they needed and were flexible on time during the closing of the house.

They were on time, worked hard n stored my furniture very neatly. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. They were very careful moving the items, including an upright piano.

Daniel and his team went above and beyond to help us get moved! We had to reschedule 5 times due to buyer issues. Bigger Better Movers were kind, patient and very understanding regarding our dilemma! We highly recommend calling Daniel when you need to move! Extremely reasonable on their fees!

They broke some of our furniture. Not very reliable as far as time scheduled.
