I was very impressed with the quality, professionalism and timeliness from the very first phone call. Jason was at my home to plan a custom solution within two days and had the full quote ready the day after we met. My roof presented challenges due to the way it was built, but Jason and his crew had immediate solutions to each new problem, saving valuable time. The job was completed in a clean and efficient manner within hours on the day of the renovation and took less than two weeks from the very first phone call. Jason is both knowledgeable and honest, which are both very important to me. I will be calling Big Sky back when it's time to replace my roof.

Good experience. Jason worked with me on the price and was competitive with other companies estimates. Big Sky seemed to use higher quality materials and I liked the idea of hand nailing. The crew showed up on time and worked until dark the first day. Didn't take long to finish on the next day. They seem to have done a great job including the clean-up.

My roof looks great. They were very prompt in scheduling and the roofing crew was finished by 3 o'clock. I added a patio cover after receiving the quote which increased the area to be covered. Big Sky Roofing only charged me for the additional materials and gave me the labor for free. They also coordinated the new gutters and they look fabulous.

It was great. Jason Casteel took amazing care of my house; he treated my home as if it were his own. The price was great and the company did everything they could to cut my out of pocket expenses as much as possible. The work was done quickly and the house looks perfect! This company provided excellent craftsmanship on the roof, and I couldn't be more pleased with the responsive and professional customer service.

I bought one of the "specials" that came up when I first searched for a roofing specialist. That's where you pay for the service up front for a reduced price, and they guarantee they will get back to you within a specific amount of time. They were supposed to call me to arrange the time for the service. Well, they didn't get back with me within the required amount of time. I had to contact them twice before I was able to get them to schedule a time. This put them beyond the advertised time on the special. I was not happy about that. However, once they finally came out, they did excellent work, and I was very pleased with the results. No more problems! Bottom line is that I can't give them an "A" because of the difficulty in getting them out here, but they definitely deserve an "A plus" for the quality of the work and an A for the cost. I would certainly use them again because of the quality of the work.

It went great! I saw their reviews on this site and then each conversation I had with them was enjoyable. I dealt with Jason Casteel and everything went great! It was a small job for them, but they were on time and did exactly what they said they would, which is hard to find these days. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need roofing or painting.

They did an excellent job. They were very pleasant and excellent individuals to work with. They went above and beyond. They were not able to bring their vehicle into the neighborhood so they carried their equipment like the ladder and everything. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I used them once and they were fantastic. He got up on the roof. He said that I did need a new roof. If you need flashing, we will put it on. I will probably use them forever.

Turbines were installed properly but I still have the initial problem with drainage. When I called back I was told he would come out with a roofer (really?) to look at it. Never heard from them again!!! Can you say disappointed? I used them because of a good reviews from Angie's list. Just sorry.

Everything was wonderful. They came out and fixed everything. They were able to fix everything on the first time out. I was happy that they could do that. I was happy with their service.

Used premium synthetic felt under roof. Provided good communication throughout process. Was pleased with their work.

it went fine with Jason, the manager. But, the crew was horrible. Despite repeated warnings, the crew threw ladders and stood on my pergola. They eventually crashed through it causing significant damage. Big Sky hired crews that did not meet their usual high standards. They did pay to rebuild the pergola and board my dog until repairs were made and she could resume going in and out.

We opted to use a different vendor.

They got an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and they lived up to it. They were prompt, they were on time, they had a good price, and they did good work.

Big Sky is non-responsive. I tried several times to schedule them to come and provide a painting estimate over a 30 day period. They promised to call and come by but never did. Would not do business with them again.

They have not finished the work as promised on numerous contacts. Do not use them.

The painters came with all the supplies needed and taped and covered anything that wasn't to be painted. It was a windy day and they were so concerned about the new truck in the neighbor's driveway that they covered the truck too. We would definitely hire them again

Went well. Jason was very prompt and courteous. He gave us Angie's List discount over and above a very good price. He was a very good 'Face' of his company, and at the same time, he took care of our needs most efficiently. Case in point, when disconnecting power ventilators, he dispatched a qualified electrician. He provided convincing advise on ventilation turbines and synthetic backing. Their price was the lowest among the four short listed people ,and we got longer life shingles. Only, negative was that the work took longer than expected. They took 2-1/2 day to complete the job. This was not a problem, but just seemed longer than most jobs done in our neighborhood.

Big Sky roofing was great to work with. On time, honest and professional. Would definitely use them in the future. A+ all the way, thanks Gustavo!
