Bass Roofing & Siding

It was wonderful. Curt was the one who came out and gave me an estimate. He worked with my insurance company. He gave them all of the information about the roof on my house so I would be able to get a refund due to quality of roofing they put on. They cleaned up after. He even came back later and ran a magnet over my yard to make sure there weren't any left over roofing nails.

We had replacement windows installed on 2 different dates. The first install went without a hitch. The second install, we hit a couple of snags due to manufacturer errors. Kirk is the real deal; without hesitation, he made everything good and to our satisfaction. Kirk brings an authentic element that is missing in today's world. More specifically, he is professional, personable, prompt, and reliable. I trust Kirk and Bass Roofing with my home.

Due to hail damage, this is my second roof using Bass Roofing and Siding. Each time Bruce (owner) has been professional and courteous when I've talked to him. Costs are what the estimates state (as well as the lowest estimate I received), crews are punctual, and clean up is thorough. Our house looks better than ever! I would recommend Bass Roofing and Siding to anyone needing a new residential roof. I'm certainly going to give them a call after the next hail storm.

. The crew was here by 8 am. They set up and immediately got started removing the old roof. They had put down tarps so as to catch as much debris as possible. They were very courteous and worked diligently until around 6 pm. They did an immaculate job on cleaning up including the use of tools with magnets that picked up all nails. I had been told that the job would take approximately one and a half days. They completed it in one day! When the shingles were delivered to my home the day before the job, I was not happy with the choice that I had made. It did not look like what I had seen online. I called Bruce Lamprecht who is the owner of Bass Roofing and told him about my dissatisfaction with my choice. He contacted the shingle manufacturer, gave them my second choice, they re-delivered and the job was started the next morning without a hitch. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

A few of my neighbors had used Bruce and his crew over the years, and so after the big hail storm he was looking at their roofs and I had him look at ours. Bruce and his son were much more professional than the other roofers we had out to look at our roof the day before, so with that and the track record with our neighbors we went with Bass. They showed up ont he day they were supposed to, and worked very proficiently throughout the day, taking about 2 days. They don't use nailers, they hand nail everything which is what you want. They cleaned up their mess. Bruce then came out a few days after they finished to look the job over and make sure they didn't miss anything and to ask if I had any questions. Overall it was a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I called Lamprecht Roofing & Siding and they came out and did the estimate and started work right away. They did a great job and worked at a fast pace. I like the way they cleaned up after the job was completed.
